From another article, in KAWC.org:
Olsen also said that a post-election review of the problems performed by a team headed by former Arizona Supreme Court Justice Ruth McGregor found machines malfunctioned.
“None of the technical experts that they consulted with could explain how or why that occurred,’’ he said. “That’s malware or it is somebody remotely accessing the printer.’’
58% of the ballot tabulators failed logic and accuracy testing and that, according to “testimony of over 200 witnesses who were voters at vote centers, 59% of Maricopa County vote centers experienced severe malfunctions of tabulators.”
Nothing I’ve read yet qualifies as anything but fundamental technical ignorance of printer job language and formatting of print jobs. Additionally, reporting has been so egregious in accurate details that I have no clear understanding of what actually occurred election night.
Consequently, I still struggle to understand some details.
However, the quotation I cited echoes the ignorance on the matter.
