I was active duty Army from 76-84. I loved those years, and who wouldn’t? 4 years in Germany (Spangdahlem & Hahn ABs), 4 years at Fort Bliss TX. I served with many great men and women who were “mission first.”

I’m likely the last of my line that served in the military. My sons have heard several stories of mine, but I strongly advise against joining the military as we know it today.

General Brown may get his wish, as white men cease joining the military in either enlisted or officer ranks. In fact, he may not achieve his quotas for whites due to a lack of candidates.

If we get into a war with Russia or China, we will have a military draft.

This guy used to command the 31st Fighter Wing. I remember the CQ of the aircraft generation squadron at Homestead. Pretty much all blacks, except the squadron commander. I’d go in there and they’d be playing grab-ass, chasing each other around desks until they saw me.

How about the following way to explain it?

Encourage the recent wave of “immigrants” to join the military, and get a fast path to citizenship. It compensates for recruiting shortfalls *and* increases diversity.

The fact that these new recruits have little loyalty to the US as their homeland is a plus for the Left. (As is their likely voting preference, as well.)
