That is so its more likely those officers will follow orders to kill whites when given the order.
The message: What this country needs is more racial discrimination. The only thing that really matters is skin color. Some skin color is good, and some color is bad. We need to make sure that the people with the bad skin color stay in their place and don’t get uppity.
Democrats have been selling this message for over 150 years. Lately it’s been modified slightly, but the central message is consistent.

The military exists to defend our nation.
Anything that takes the military’s focus off that endangers our country.
In the next fight, will the Democrats be sure that as many Americans Of African Descent dies as Americans of European Descent?
Fact: Gen. Brown proves this point.
“ Brown’s quotas limit the number of white officers to 67% and cut white men down to 43%.”
And they are including Hispanic as white. So both will be heavily marginalized.
