Suburbs outside of NYC have been brimming with whites and blacks fleeing big cities largely because of the explosion in numbers of mexicO's zillions. So much that there is already a housing crisis all across the state.
But the plan all along is to pack all small towns with the fruit of mexicO and destroy in particular the last enclaves of white America.

If you lived here you would know that housing in suburbia has been mostly built out since the 1950s, that inventory is very low because zoning laws are very strict on building multifamily, that there are more Hispanics than blacks in Nassau, Westchester, and Suffolk Counties, and that those blacks who live in suburbia are self segregated to towns like Mt Vernon, Valley Stream and Hempstead, and that whites (and Hispanics and Asians) do whatever they can to prevent school districts from being redrawn to prevent their demographics from tipping. “Suburban flight” happened in the 1950s-70s and there has been a stasis since then - there is just no more inventory or construction happening in the Levittowns that were built back in the day.
