Putin is very reasonable. Puppets like Zelensky and Biden offer only insults and propaganda, Putin sticks to facts and grown-up explication.

And these were likely their best people, those with the finances and skills to settle elsewhere and get work. Once they get settled in their new homes, they have little incentive to go back.
West’s military industrial complex was outsourced to China ans elsewhere to save a few pennys on the dollar.

Putin is an accomplished man. I realize that it is most probable he has an ego. By rank, he has surely earned one.
The point you make very well is that for international discourse, Putin is an old school “adult”... Civilized, versed, articulate and rather reserved. And, Contrary to the American style.

Nothing says civilized and reserved like poisoning your political opponents and invading sovereign countries.
I think we forget Russia is still emerging from communism. Putin has to be credited as the president who started that process.
Is communism over and entirely wiped out?

Does he have enemies for trying to leave the tactical SS behind?
