President Biden took aim at Republicans for not taking action in the wake of the latest Texas mass shooting that left nine people dead and again called on Congress to pass an assault weapons ban.
“Too many families have empty chairs at their dinner tables. Republican Members of Congress cannot continue to meet this epidemic with a shrug. Tweeted thoughts and prayers are not enough,” Biden said in a statement Sunday.

Meanwhile, I heard on the radio today, that someone ran over some people at a rest stop in Texas and killed quite a few of them.

All of this coverage is encouraging copycat murderers. But the deep state is encouraging all of this. The gun ban will be gradual. At first they will ban "assault weapons". Next will be handguns. Then the remaining firearms will have to be registered. And the gun owners will have to be licensed. And it will be yearly. Classes will be mandatory. They will check your social media presence. One comment you made 10 years ago, and it looks like "hate speech", they will confiscate your firearms and revoke your firearms license.

There will not be an assault weapons ban no matter how many shootings occur.
RED vs BLUE. Half the people are programmed to hate the other half. Come election time it only takes a bit of effort to control the deciding margin.
