A Denver councilwoman has sparked fierce debate after suggesting that white-owned businesses pay additional tax, which would be given in reparations to the owners of minority-owned businesses.
Candi CdeBaca, a 37-year-old Democratic Socialist, told a business forum in Denver on Thursday that more needed to be done to provide reparations.
'Capitalism was built on stolen land, stolen labors, and stolen resources,' said CdeBaca, speaking at a forum at the Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance.

That land upon which capitalism was built was stolen fair and square, I’ll have you know. Americans are a conglomerate of the descendants of the most blood thirsty, irredeemable, and unrepentant pirates the world has ever known, from every ethnic background, and all driven by the same deadly sin, greed. Once they have claimed a sufficiently large part of the world’s wealth, THEN they may become the greatest of kind, gentle, magnanimous, forgiving and generous people in the world. Poor people are not known for their altruism or sense of fair play, the wealthy can afford such indulgences.
In other words, "you white people (i.e., the "majority") don't rightly "own" your land and income derived from it. You stole it from someone else. Therefore it makes perfect sense for the government to take it for the benefit of the people."
Of course, this "for the benefit of the people" is just more BS. It actually means for the benefit of those who control the government.
That sounds like a “we request the honor of your absence” message to white-owned businesses. They should heed that message.

It's a clever way for government's confiscation of private property. The government ultimately has no intention of redistributing any wealth.
