Bill Barr predicts 'horror show' if Trump re-elected, warns he will 'deliver chaos'

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Friday that former President Donald Trump's presidency would be a "horror show" if he were re-elected because his former boss lacks the "discipline" as well as the "ability for strategic thinking" needed to get things done.

"It is a horror show, you know, when… he's left to his own devices," Barr said in remarks at the City Club of Cleveland in Ohio on Friday.

"If you believe in his policies, what he's advertising is his policies, he's the last person who could actually execute them and achieve them," Barr said to a reporter who asked if Trump is fit to be president again.

“During the presidency of Donald Trump, Nunes voted in line with the president’s stated position 96.2% of the time. As of December 2021, Nunes had voted in line with Joe Biden’s stated position 11% of the time.”

There might be a place for him, but not as AG.

“On August 2, 2019, Trump said in a tweet that he was withdrawing Ratcliffe’s name from nomination”

“Trump insisted the press had treated Ratcliffe unfairly, but he also stated that he liked the way the press vetted his nominees, saying ‘You vet for me.’”

Yes it does, but an outsider to DC has to depend on recommendations. Both checked out, references etc, both had government experience, who would he replace them with. Most corporate execs hire people, give them a chance and if the don’t work out get rid of them. That’s how the world works….except in DC where it’s almost impossible to get rid of grifters.

Barr apparently used to enjoy hiring young people in their early 20s whom he thought were full or potential, but it was unusual for a teacher, like Epstein, to be hired without a college degree.

Epstein only taught at Dalton for two years before he was hired by the investment bank Bear Stearns after tutoring the chairman’s son.”

yeah.... he's just a real peach.

Epstein had a little problem with the young ladies at the prestigious Dalton school... look it up.

Listen to this and tell me how noble Barr is.... https://martyrmade.substack.com/p/epstein-the-full-series-pts-1-3#details

any chaos will be caused by the anti-Trump crowd, not Trump. That been the case all along.

Who named Barr Attorney General? Who named Chris Wray to head the FBI?

I believe the answer to both questions is...Mitch McConnell. Trump was warned that these two were the most conservative figures he could get confirmed by the Senate - and he went along.

Trump was warned that these two were the most conservative figures he could get confirmed by the Senate - and he went along.

And of course you have documented proof that this is why Trump chose those two, right???

I thought one of the big selling points of Trump is that he is a fighter and only he can drain the Swamp, take down the Deep State, etc. - but you are saying when faced with pressure by someone in his own party, he folded without even a whimper?

Trump is a billionaire with a lot to lose. I think he thought he was smarter than the Swamp, but learned the hard way that a US President quickly becomes a figurehead unless he takes the actions the Swamp wants taken.

So you are saying there is no benefit to re-electing Trump, because he will cave to the Deep State again any time he faces pressure because he has a lot to lose? So many on this forum talk incessantly about how the fact that Trump is independently wealthy made him the only person to take on the Deep State because they couldn’t buy him or control him. But now I am reading person after person excusing bad choices by Trump or failures to act by saying he didn’t have a choice, that he was controlled by the threats against him. So why should he be re-elected?

So why should he be re-elected?

He won't be re-elected - unless he secretly agrees in advance to stay out of the way of the Deep State's initiatives.

And neither will anybody else.

one face a “J” and the other one an “anus”

The “anus” is THE reference point in who this person is and always has been.

Referencing the PEOPLE who recommended these hires to HIM in the first place. Start with fatboy Krispy Kreme Christie.

Won’t make the same mistake twice— as business people in the real world do. One mistake— no comebacks, and not a politician. Scares the hell out of malleabale morons of the Beltway— all of them whores in their Parliament of DC.

You’re ascribing powers to the office of POTUS that do not exist.

That’s not what his presidency proved. If it were, then the economy would have been like Biden’s, no initiatives like the Abraham Accords would have come to be, ad nauseam.

So would your alleged competent conservative be able to do all recess appointments and thus thwart the Uniparty?

Hey BillyBar, he wasn’t the source of chaos last time. It was all you DS commies and your propaganda pets, screaming and caterwauling because the money laundering gravy-train was being disrupted.
