One of the key business associates of Hunter Biden is reportedly cooperating with House Republicans in their investigation into shady deals involving Joe Biden and foreign entities.
House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer confirmed Hunter’s business associate is now “cooperating with us,” Just The News reported.
“His attorneys and my counsel are communicating on a regular basis. Now, I feel confident that he’s going to work with us and provide us with the information that we have requested. I think that Schwerwin is going to be a very valuable witness for us in this investigation,” Comer said.
Hunter Biden and his uncle, James Biden, are not reportedly planning to disclose all the information required by Comer’s committee and the House Republicans.
Comer announced his committee would begin issuing subpoenas immediately.
“We know individuals, many are cooperating with us now, but others, not so much,” he said. “We’re going to start subpoenaing people in the private sector; we’re going to start subpoenaing financial institutions to get us the information. And then we’ll go from there.”
Comer also noted that Hunter’s claim that he “doesn’t have anything to hide” is contradicted by the fact he is refusing to assist in the investigation.
“He could come in front of the House Oversight Committee right now and defend his good name,” Comer said.
“He would have 20 Democrats that would definitely support him, and he could make 26 Republicans look bad if all this information we have from his laptop, all the emails that were in his own words, all the audio that are in his own voice, if for some reason we’re misinterpreting that, then he could make us look bad.
“But we all know that this family was involved in influence peddling. And this administration is doing everything in its ability to try to block oversight,” he continued.
While the Biden’s deny any wrongdoing, Hunter is still being investigated for tax-related matters.
According to emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop, a business executive at Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca investment firm had a close relationship with Hunter and Joe Biden, who was VP at the time.
For instance, Schwerin was involved in reviewing and facilitating Hunter Biden’s business transactions with the Chinese energy company CEFC.
The relationship raises massive red flags that the Biden’s have compromised by communist China due to emails indicating they received lavish gifts like an expensive diamond and multimillion-dollar forgivable loans with no interest.
Another Hunter Biden business associate, John Robinson “Rob” Walker, reportedly visited the White House at least 16 times while Joe Biden served as vice president.
Fox News reported:
“Walker’s name resurfaced a couple of weeks ago when House Oversight Committee Republicans said they obtained records showing members of the Biden family received more than $1 million in payments from accounts related to Walker and their Chinese business ventures in 2017.”
“Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., obtained the records after subpoenaing Bank of America, which revealed that at least three family members received lucrative payments from a bank account belonging to Walker, who worked with Hunter, President Biden’s brother Jim, their business associate James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinksi in a failed joint-venture called Sinohawk Holdings, which was meant to be a partnership with now-bankrupt energy firm CEFC, a Chinese Communist Party-linked company.”
Like Bongino said, they are throwing Hunter under the bus so they can wrap it all up by saying they do not comment on pending investigations.

Finding Biden crimes is like shooting fish in a barrel, getting them actually investigated and prosecuted is a whole other thing.

The one good thing that Mitch McConnell has done was to keep that rancid Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court but he has done terrible damage to this country as the most partisan Attorney General in US history.

Sorry to say, I agree. Other than Tony Bobolinski(sp?) would not trust anyone associated with any Dem...imho, they are the most cunning, devious and hateful people. And, sadly, thanks to media, far left judges and schools indoctrinating young people...Dems get away with what they do...even when they fabricate or just plain disregard the law. Unfortunately, for many years, the GOP tried to ‘rise above’ while the Dems walked all over them....what they failed to grasp is that our great Country was being torn apart. God help America.
