Former President Donald Trump has told Nigel Farage that he would be able to end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours when reelected in 2024.

When reelected to the position of President in 2024, Donald Trump has said that he would be able to end the war in Ukraine within a period of 24 hours.

Trump made the statement during a long-form interview with arch-Brexiteer-turned-news pundit Nigel Farage, with the pair discussing a number of other issues, including current commander-in-chief Joe Biden’s refusal to attend the coronation of King Charles III.

How does he plan to undo all the damage done since the 2014 coup?

I’m sure the Ukrainians in the occupied territories and Crimea will enjoy being permanently under the benevolent rule of the kindly Russian. They will be forever grateful to DJT - all the way to the Russian extermination camps.

Russia will be grateful too because they will have time to rearm in order to take more of their rightful territories like the Latvia, Poland, Romania or where ever they say their borders end.

Many Freepers will be happy because American resources are no longer to be used to help others in their fight for freedom.

Sure, and China can take over Taiwan if we green light it. I'm sure that will make the world a safer place.

Formula would be some variation of this:

  1. Russian held territory in the Ukraine gets demilitarized and occupied by a mixed nationality peacekeeping forces for a period of years.
  2. Russia pays rebuilding funds (which can be in the form of oil or gas exports) to Ukraine or some administrative agency, perhaps the one which supplies the peacekeeping forces.
  3. As payment schedules are gradually met, DMZ zones get to vote on which country they join. No military occupation by the country winning the series of plebiscites are permitted until all payments are complete.

Trump is by nature boastful. But I believe him here.
Why? Because he was a very successful foreign policy president.

Domestically…well, that’s for another thread.

The Biden Crime Family is profiting from Ukrainian kickbacks, so they must keep them well supplied with OUR weapons and cash.

‘War Has to Stop’: I Would End Ukraine War in 24 Hours, Says Trump

I suspect that Trump could initiate the method and organize the people necessary in 24 hours, have a ceasefire in a week, and end the war in a month if the American People give him the authority.

No. If the Steal had not happened in 2020 Russia would never have invaded. Now it HAS happened, and the Russians are unlikely to meekly leave, and the Ukrainians are unlikely to meekly accept foreign occupation.

Trump could have prevented it, but he didn’t. Has to do with being AWOL on the Minsk peace accords that dragged on from 2014 until Dec.2021. Finally the West admitted and even bragged that they tricked Putin all that time so as to buy time to arm themselves for war.

I like your suggestions, in theory. But there’s one problem. There’s really nothing there for Putin, except that the demilitarized regions *might* vote to join Russia at some later date.

So I’d just give those regions to Russia. They’re lost anyway. And in return, Russia pays for those regions, and for the war damage they caused. Call it “friendship money” or some damn thing. That way, everyone saves face.

It’s amazing how many generals there are on the FR that could solve the Uke/Russki problems. I’m truly surprised that the world leaders don’t come here for military advice from people whom analyze only propaganda lies and then drop their pearls of wisdom.

Finally the West admitted and even bragged that they tricked Putin all that time so as to buy time to arm themselves for war.

That's a bs story, since Obama for two years refused to give Ukraine weapons. It was the Trump administration that finally sent lethal weapons-javelins in December 2017.

Won't arm Ukraine until peace process finishes, Obama says after meeting with Angela Merkel- Feb 10, 2015

U.S. President Barack Obama wants peace negotiations with Russia to run their course before deciding to send “lethal defensive” arms to help Kyiv against the recent attacks by Russian-supplied separatists in eastern Ukraine.

“The possibility of lethal defensive weapons is one of those options that’s being examined,” he said at a press conference Monday with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. “But I have not made a decision about that yet.”

I don’t think so. Disenfranchised Ukrainian voters in East and South Ukraine are not going to disarm since seceding after the unconstitutional coup in 2014. They no longer trust Kiev. Their referendum to to be annexed by Russia is part of their survival strategy.

“The war end immediately if Trump refused to give Ukraine anymore money to continue it.”

Absolutely correct.

A phone call to inform them they must announce a deal with Russia within 24hrs, or we cut them off from everything. Money, hardware, political support. Everything.

War over.
