More than two dozen Democrats in the state of Colorado have voted against legislation that would make it a felony for anyone to indecently expose themselves to children, reasoning that it could lead to the banning of drag shows.
Currently, in Colorado it is only considered a class 1 misdemeanor if a person indecently exposes themselves in the view of a child, if it is the first offence.
Speaking about the legislation to make it a class 6 felony, one of the Democratic Representatives, Leslie Herod said, “These types of laws have been used to ban drag shows, to target individuals who use the restroom of the sex that they identify with—a public restroom—to charge them with felony charges.”
“I am very concerned about the attacks against the transgender community that are happening across the country,” she added.

First of all, what attacks?
Secondly, this has nothing to do with transgenders, it’s a bill to make flashing at kids a felony.
Despite the Democratic opposition, the bill reportedly did pass on Saturday, but with amendments to not apply the law if the exposure is in a public place with other adults present.
It’s still ok for drag queens to get their junk out in front of kids then.

This crap keeps up, they’re going to see “attacks on the trans community”, you can be assured. People are just about fed up.
We have to impose some test to vet the mongrels that pass our laws. A history quiz from the third grade, maybe? Yes, I know, most of our Kongress would fail, but it's a start.
So 37 people voted to make it a felony? Great news... There are still some sane people in Colorado I guess...
If drag shows are what they used to put on at Finnochios in San Francisco and maybe still do, those performers did not obscenely expose themselves.
Drag shows for kids makes no sense. A show of any sexual behavior makes no sense for the kids.
IIRC it was the Democrats that actually voted to exclude anything to do with God in their platform and program a few years ago. This is the result. What gets me is the number of women willing to support the sexualization of their children. Also the number of churches that are going along to get along are growing. But the Democrats showed us what they stood for when they turned their backs on God.
Basically admitting that it happens in drag shows.
Far too many American adults truly enjoy hurting children. Causing physical and psychological harms to kids clearly brings them pleasure and a thrill of wielding power over those who cannot defend themselves.
They're not staged for the kids' enjoyment, it's rather how the perverts and the wokeys get their jollies.
