According to his aides, President Joe Biden is a spry 80-year-old — at least between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Outside of that time frame, he’s back to being Sleepy Joe, according to a new report.
On Friday, Axios reported that the Biden White House has a hard time planning any public and private events before midmorning and in the evening for the 46th president given his age and lack of energy. This, of course, comes as no surprise to most Americans who witness his diminished stamina and mental acuity on a near-daily basis.
“Biden’s close advisers say he’s mentally sharp,” Axios reported. “But even some of them concede his age has diminished his energy, significantly limiting his schedule.”
It sounds like a joke, but Axios even reported that “Many White House officials say they’re amazed at Biden’s stamina — often adding the caveat: ‘for his age.'”
According to Axios, Biden’s 2023 schedule has just four public events before 10:00 a.m., 12 public events after 6:00 p.m., and 12 weekends out of the public spotlight.
Even when Biden is in public during his purportedly preferred hours, he’s not exactly functional. For example, on Thursday, Biden failed to remember the last country he visited when asked by a child.
“I’ve met with 89 heads of state so far,” Biden said, “So, uh, I’m trying to think what’s the last place I was. … It’s hard to keep track … uh.”
“Ireland!” a kid in the crowd yelled.
“Yeah, you’re right, Ireland,” he replied. “That’s what it was. How did you know that?”
The president was in Ireland just two weeks ago. As Biden runs for reelection, it appears likely that his campaign will try his 2020 strategy all over again: Hide him in a basement and limit rallies.
It’s a bold move, but when you can only operate at peak capacity 30 hours a week as president of the United States, what else can you do?
Doesn’t matter - Dementia Joe will use heavy edited Videos to campaign for his predetermined re-election
That kind of forces a fresh definition of “functional.” Talks like a one year old. Wears diapers like a 6 month old. Walks like a tired drunk. Lies like a lawyer. Can’t read. And it seems like he doesn’t see very good?
I doubt, Sniffer, is functional at all.
Jeff Dunham could bring in Walter to fill in those hours when Joe Biden is “unavailable”. But then Walter would be putting in 100-hour weeks.
That is a tough schedule for anybody, especially a ventriloquist’s dummy.
I call bullsh!t! No way that he is functional 6 hours per day. More likely, he is awake 6 hours a day, and they are counting his toilet time, his breakfast and dinner time, and his, “Where am I???” time.
If that was congress’ schedule, there might be hope for the republic...
The problem with Biden is that know nobody know which end is up when the output is the same from both ends.
What about the rumors that trucks carrying oxygen tanks are frequently seen headed to Biden’s homes...
Are they making him sleep in a hyperbaric chamber?
Define “functional.”
Six hours a day five days a week. What absolute crap.
And most of that is his bowels functioning.
I think there’s an argument to be made that he’s not functional anytime. 😏
Well, guess it’s a good thing that he isn’t actually the one who is in charge
They got hours and days mixed up with seconds and minutes.
Sounds like me and I’m not as old.
6 hours is plenty.
He relies on rout memory to issue one of his cynical remarks from time to time. If pressed to restate it, he probably would answer like the one he gave the kid about the last country he visited. He is a POS.
H is “active” six hours a day. His mental acuity is measured in minutes at a time.
I’ve seen this half a dozen times with elders to whom I was primary caregiver.
“Cool so on the 7th hour North Korea could blow us to smithereens Im sure Kim Jung Un is ready to go”
Put Dennis Rodman on a no-fly list and we’re safe...
He is, at that. And proudly so, his entire career in public office. Probably the biggest and most dedicated one in the history of this country.
Give him some credit though—at least he’s an NBC.
Thinking about what a disaster Brandon has been, maybe we should drop that requirement and start going with them Kamala or Nimrata types...JK! 😉
