A radical California DA is under fire for going easy on three gangbangers charged with shooting a 5-year-old girl through the heart and killing her earlier this month.

Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price declined to add gun and gang enhancements to murder raps against the suspects — a “staggering” move which could significantly lessen their sentences.

My thought as well. Had they stabbed in the heart they’d be facing less prison time? I should think that murdering a 5 year-old would end your days of freedom (whether by death penalty or life imprisonment) forever. Why should murderers of a 5-year old need to have charges ‘enhanced’?

As a parent, I would beg that all charges be dropped and the perps be released from jail. Just let me know the date and time of the release.
