The French Evacuate Americans From Sudan. Biden Won’t
Frontpage Mag ^ | 04/27/2023 | Daniel Greenfield

Afghanistan was not a one-off. Leaving Americans behind enemy lines has become the new normal.

“It is not our standard procedure to evacuate American citizens living abroad,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Friday.

Now the media is tentatively pointing out that most other countries, from the UK and France, to India and Italy are evacuating their people. America stands alone in disgracefully refusing to do so. And that’s entirely on Biden.

Despite a number of nations evacuating their citizens, the US government has continued to say that the conditions are not conducive to a civilian evacuation. All US government personnel were evacuated in a military operation this weekend. US officials have said they are in “close communication” with US citizens and “actively facilitating” their departure from Sudan.

Is this an impeachable offense? If not, maybe it ought to be.

Exhausted and terrified, Americans and other foreign nationals have been struggling to escape the fighting in Sudan, cramming into crowded port terminals, squeezing onto filthy buses and begging strangers for a ride to an airport in a desperate bid to reach safety…

By contrast, Britain, France and Germany have sent airplanes to Sudan to help evacuate their citizens, and other countries, such as India, have organized convoys to Port Sudan on the Red Sea.

An American engineer said he had been searching fruitlessly for four days for a ride, after the tires of his car were shot out, in an effort to leave the country with his four U.S. citizen siblings, including two adolescent sisters, and his elderly British mother. Artillery and missile fire have been exploding around them, and the girls were scared, he said.

“No one wants to come to my area. … The shooting is heavy and next to us there is looting,” said the engineer, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect his privacy. “They could at least give us guidelines or instructions on the safe routes to take and a pickup point.”

A few Americans have made it onto flights run by European allies out of an airfield 13 miles north of Khartoum. The French, for instance, have taken at least 500 people of 41 nationalities. Photographs from the airfield show burly European soldiers in body armor guarding exhausted families.

America is back! Finally, the adults are in charge. And that means abandoning Americans while leaving it to the French to evacuate them.

The White House has never known such hateful and traitorous scum than to leave their fellow Americans behind in a war zone.

Anyone who believes that the Biden administration is capable of conducting any type of coherent foreign policy is stupid. And this includes those here who have been cheering on Biden's absolute disaster in Ukraine. There are plenty of tidbits getting through the information blockade that illustrate that this is a humanitarian travesty that no good will ever come from... They are almost certainly behind the unrest in Sudan as well.

How is the big guy supposed to get his 10% cut from evacuating mere U.S. citizens?

I call shenanigans on your post. I’ve been told by some very knowledgeable people the Biden is a foreign policy expert and Trump has no idea what he’s doing. /s (just in case).

If Ronna McDaniel were competent, ads would be running about this right now. They wouldn’t have to have the RNC’s fingerprints on them; this is exactly the sort of thing that superpacs and allied organizations are for. An RNC imprint would make it easier for the democrat media to ignore the criticism as purely partisan, but SOMEONE should be making the case.

The one legitimate function of a government is to protect its citizens.

At the start I made the remark that soon the White House will say how do we know the 16,000 trapped there don’t want to stay there, as Afghanistan.

Came true (as we all knew it would) shortly after.

Good points of staying behind in Sudan:

No need for an alarm to wake up; concussive effects of nearby bombs and shells will do the trick.
No waiting in long lines at stores and restaurants.
No crowds of tourists in town.
Save on TV action film costs; just look out the window for weapons being fired and people running to dive behind cars.

They don’t care about the aborted babies, the women who suffer complications after an abortion, the Americans who suffered injuries or deaths after the “vaccine” or the Americans stranded in Hellholes. They are callous towards human life and yet how many Americans are gullible enough to believe their schtick that they are the compassionate, caring ones, the great lovers of women and children?

Actually, ransoms for trapped people to escape has been a moneymaker including when Soros was young in Nazi days. And all the wars since then. Whatever it cost, people were desperate to get loved ones out of Mao’s takeover or Fidel’s slaughter of political opponents.

Mao (several controversial methods of arriving at totals):
Mao’s government was responsible for vast numbers of deaths, with estimates ranging from 40 to 80 million victims through starvation, persecution, prison labor, and mass executions.

And....
How many people died in Mao Cultural Revolution?
Food was in desperate shortage, and production fell dramatically. The famine caused the deaths of more than 30 million people, particularly in the more impoverished inland regions.
/////////////////
American Enterprise Institute Castro Cuban takeover estimate:

Children have not been spared. Of the 94 minors whose deaths have been documented by Cuba Archive, 22 died by firing squad and 32 in extrajudicial assassinations. Note: According to the most recent data from the Cuba Archive database, the Castro regime is responsible for 10,723 deaths.

Why do we always have to depend on the French to help us? It started with the Revolution and now this. Man I am getting so tired of the garbage our government is doing, or not doing in this case. I wonder though if the French will be on our side when the Chinese decide to add the United States to their list of Chinese owned properties. They will probably head our direction right after they are finished invading Taiwan while Biden and his regime do nothing to stop them. The French will probably do the same thing we will do for Taiwan, nothing!

Remember Ronald Reagan rescuing the medical students from Grenada? I remember their gratitude that their country came through for them. I guess “no one left behind” has truly been left behind.
