Some of the time, Slo Joe’s speeches are not made by Joe, they are made by NOT Joe’s (yes, plural).
They have been doing this crap since his ComDem Nomination Acceptance speech. That was when I realized they were doing it. Slo Joe did not do that one.
These trips to Europe and the Ukraine? Slo Joe had a stand in.
