Yet you offer not a one refutation of what the author or I have argued. I only cited it because the author did my work for me. And Newsweek is no fan or DeSantis or Florida. So for them to have published that says something.
I honestly don’t know who’s going to win in this situation. I do know it’s going to be tied up in the courts for years. And in the end the only real winners might be the lawyers.

DeSantis will win because the Florida Courts are ultimately conservative leaning. And I don’t see this one being in the courts for very long.
In effect what Disney did is this. They contracted their way out of paying taxes. Ha ha, yah. The government doesn’t lose collecting taxes and they don’t lose in court very often.
