Ahh, they are being persecuted ‘cause they were spreading “lies” that the Ukraine war was wrong. As in, basically everything that came out on those leaked docs: UK is not winning, Russia was justified, Russian losses are no where near what the WHouse is reporting, etc.
And, unless you actually are a foreign agent you have every right to attempt to persuade anyone about any election. That is what the 1st Amend is all about. Unless this is pursued like the Jan6 BS this will get tossed by the frist judge hearing it.

The group was opposing US involvement in the war in Ukraine and if the article is to be believed, sound a bit nuts.
All this indictment says is that black folks don’t have immunity from the national security state when they threaten the goals of the national security state.
Had they colluded with foreign governments to advance the normal BLM tommyrot, they would be getting government grants.
Not exactly. I think that if you are a United States government employee in a place like the FBI, DOJ, or CIA then you also don't have a right to work to influence an election by making up fake stories about Russian collusion, or covering up information about a guy like Hunter Biden, or getting people tossed off of Twitter because they are saying something different than the official Democratic party message.
Ordinary citizens can say what they want to say to attempt to persuade anyone about who to vote for. Government officials should not be doing anything to alter election results in their official roles. And they certainly should not be creating fake information, censoring opponents, and as we have seen this year creating fake "crimes" to accuse their opponents of.
Sounds like Black Lives Matter
