In settling with Dominion Voting Systems, Fox News has avoided an excruciating, drawn-out trial in which its founding chief, Rupert Murdoch, its top managers and its biggest stars would have had to face hostile grilling on an embarrassing question: Why did they allow a virulent and defamatory conspiracy theory about the 2020 election to spread across the network when so many of them knew it to be false?

Yes, can two play that game?
The cost of avoiding the truth is more accurate.
Lindell won’t be next because He will fight it and he has the goods.
Trump has had three years, and was donated $250 million dollars to prove fraud took place, but hasn’t really even tried to put forth any actual effort or evidence.
He could have filed lawsuits once he had standing as a candidate who had lost, as is legally required to contest an election, but didn’t. He could have made his case in Congress during the January 6 hearings, but didn’t. He could have joined in the other cases Dominion has against Giuliani and Lindell. but won’t.
He hasn’t really done a damn thing, but build a new website where he can be a keyboard warrior, while the history books are being written by those who actually went to court and to Congress and made their cases, unopposed.
For all the talk of Trump being “a fighter” he’s really never done anything of value or significance to prove, or prevent, election fraud.
You claim that “No Conservative can prove how many ineligible voters cast a ballot in WI, GA, and AZ.”
While that is now technically correct, you are dodging the issue, aren’t you? The preserved (!!) evidence shows clearly that there was massive fraud. It shows that there were millions of illegal votes. It shows that the official election results are completely bogus. That there is no way to get an accurate count is true only because much evidence has been destroyed. The only righteous resolution is to hold the election again, but with ONLY paper ballots.
More like the cost of accepting election fraud.
It was a rigged case. The Delaware judge was incredibly biased. He constantly made snide commends about FoxNews and refused to allow them the opportunity to mount a strong defense.
I can’t understand why Delaware would even have jurisdiction. FoxNews isn’t based there. It’s also not, to the best of my knowledge, the jurisdiction where the Dominion malfeasance was alleged.
Theyve settled all the suits I beleive - amount undisclosed as far as I know. Im sure its millions and millions. Now its Kyles turn.
“ Why Trump HAS to win in ‘24. They take Trump down it is over. There is only one way to set things right.”
They already took Trump down. It’s already over.
You use this news story somehow to assert that Fox, who just paid nearly 800 million dollars for saying the same thing you are saying, was actually correct?
You really are a hopeless idiot.
Beats me, they never say. They try to intimate that there is no election fraud, but everyone but the leftist media accepts that there is election fraud.
Trump should sue the media over the Russia Russia Russuia lies.
Coming from a guy named babble-on, I assume that is a compliment?
What are you talking about?
I wrote about ineligible voters and no ballot chain of custody.
How is that even remotely connected to the alleged secret computers in Germany that that Fox reported on?
Because in AZ Hobbs broke the state conflict of interest laws during the election by not suspending her duties overseeing the Election as SoS because she was a candidate in the election? She was left alone in the counting room the evening before the machines failed.
Not true. In a defamation case, like bringing a he said/she said case, the prospective plaintiff is firmly warned that their existence is going to be blown wide open and to understand the risk of filing a case. Only the client has that information, not the lawyers. Secrets will not remain secrets. In this case discovery was over. There may have been trial surprises. But both sides have 90%+ of what the law would allow. Fox messed up; they believed the Kraken even when there was nothing to show. It was made up. And then they distributed the lie without asking for proof or having confirming sources.
Many U.S. companies, regardless of where they operate, file to incorporate in Delaware because of Delaware's favorable incorporation rates. I don't know the facts, but it may be possible that either Fox or Dominion incorporated there.
