It was a rigged case. The Delaware judge was incredibly biased. He constantly made snide commends about FoxNews and refused to allow them the opportunity to mount a strong defense.
I can’t understand why Delaware would even have jurisdiction. FoxNews isn’t based there. It’s also not, to the best of my knowledge, the jurisdiction where the Dominion malfeasance was alleged.

Of course it was. This has happened all over the country with election fraud lawsuits. The courts, government, cops, FBI-all corrupt.

I don't know the facts, but it may be possible that either Fox or Dominion incorporated there.
