Breitbart News reported that gunshots rang out at a Dadeville, Alabama, 16th birthday party Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. Four people were killed and initial reporting noted approximately 20 were wounded. However, police have since raised the number of wounded to 32.
The establishment media has widely reported the incident as a “mass shooting,” and President Biden reacted to the incident by pushing for an “assault weapons” ban.
However, AL.com pointed out that State Trooper Sgt. Jeremey Burkett issued a written update on the incident Monday, which said, “Special agents did not recover any high-powered rifle ammunition at the scene; however, they did recover numerous shell casings used in handguns. Investigators are still processing all of the evidence, in conjunction with completing interviews, in an effort to solidify a motive, and potential suspects.”
Burkett did not provide any information regarding how many suspects may have opened fire.

It matters not if a 9mm was discharged from an AR15 or a pistol. The damage to the victim is going to be pretty much the same.

Would just appear to be two individuals (armed)...that many rounds fired...that many people wounded within the studio building. Just funny....no one now remembers seeing much of anything and no video?
One report said someone notified the DJ that some people were in the club with pistols and he stopped the music.

Yeah, I read that. Comes at 10:30...shooting starts about 2 or 3 minutes after the music as halted. From all these wounded/alive...they have to know the area of the room where trouble started.
Maybe just two out-of-town guys who walked in and tangled with someone telling them to leave.
One aspect...must have been forty-odd people in the room (former bank building), and yet no one has their cellphone out and video-taping?

One of the four killed was a man in his early twenties who’d heard there might be trouble at the party, so he went there to check on his younger sibling. There have been several reports that indicate some were expecting trouble before the shooting started.
**IF** a real investigation was undertaken, I think it might be good to ask a LOT of people “who heard there might be trouble and what was your source?”

I remember an incident in San Francisco many years ago in which six people were murdered. The police chief immediately called for “MORE GUN CONTROL!”
None of the six murdered were shot.
When such fools call for bans on certain types of firearms I am reminded how the Edmonton Post office shooter killed so many using only two 1911 semi auto pistols with magazines loaded to 7 rounds each.
And those pistols were not purchased. They were checked out of the National Guard Armory.
I hated to think it, but the perps were the usual suspects.

Hopefully a real investigation is ongoing, but it definitely seems stranger by the day that so little information about the shootings is being released.
I can just imagine all the different varieties of guns owned by Freepers. Almost everyone has their favorite and some have those special ones that were handed down from parents and grandparents. Leftists think of a gun only as a weapon used to cause harm and never think of them as being anything else.

IMO this was a group of mostly solid citizens and they were asked NOT to display or discuss the terrible event.
Just after the event, there was mention of a video of the wounded and inside the building.
