Corporate is wasting money on this commercial. They are NOT SINCERE as evidenced by their continuing employment of the TRANS-PROMOTING VP.
No matter how hard one tries, one cannot please everyone, but with a little bit of effort and creativity, it is fairly easy to offend everyone.
Attempting to unoffend 60-80% of the people by doing something that will tick off the 20-40% that were impressed by one’s initial offense is to shoot one’s self in the other foot.
Not sure if even Spuds MacKenzie or the Budweiser frogs will be able to reverse the damage.
I expect for A&B to apologize and grovel profusely!

Maybe these companies will catch on and stay out of politics. The same thing with commercials...now 90% black, mixed or gay. Tell you the truth. I’m white and can’t remember one damn commercial I saw last week...All I see is the actors...and my “memory” shuts down.
Their response has been very condescending, they are really showing their customers they don’t care what they think. Will that work, or will it make the “boycott” stronger and longer?
And as far as as I know, no one has been fired. So they are just trying to paper over this. Not serious. This Bud’s Not For Me.

They should get a tiny pony, put Clydesdale mane, tail and foot feathers on it, and have it prance around a team of Clydesdales hauling a Bud Light wagon.
I used to drink Bud, but lost my taste for beer several years ago.
But I did, however, have a Yuengling yesterday to support a real American brewer

Examples must be made in this mess of social policy forced into private industry thru government and financial institutions. This is one such example. AB needs to be decapitated and messages need to be understood outside the Beltway echo chambers.
