A Delaware judge delayed the start of the eagerly anticipated trial on a voting-machine company’s defamation claims against Fox News, an announcement that came as the network is looking for a possible way to settle the case.
Superior Court Judge Eric Davis said late Sunday that he was delaying the start of the trial by one day, moving it from Monday to Tuesday. He didn’t explain the reasons for the move.

I disagree. The “actual malice” standard is this:
“with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not.” - NY Times vs. Sullivan (1964)
They can very easily prove that from the emails that we have seen.

Maybe. But it’s evident that the Fox lawyers’ mock testimony preparations with Murdoch, Carlson, Hannity and Ryan must not have gone well. Or Fox would not be trying to settle as the last minute.

No but this is about damaging the MAGA defenders, who know and have proof the election was stolen, and that dominion is rigged. You know the fox hunchos will do anything to shut down MAGA and Trump!
The Murdochs and Dominion are on the same team. They both hate Trump and did everything they could to prevent his reelection.
Rupert Murdoch would be perfectly happy settling with Dominion.
When the defendant wants a pretrial settlement, the plaintiff goes for blood.
