Florida's Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill banning most abortions after six weeks, paving the way for drastic changes in access to the procedure across the state.

Opponents argue six weeks is before many women know they are pregnant.

The left likes abortion because their policies always lead to misery and failure and they can distract from that misery and failure by bringing up abortion and making the election about that.

Also they can accuse the right with what they are. For example the left is anti-freedom but they can accuse the right of that because the right is taking your freedom to choose away.

I agree it should be banned entirely, but a 6 week ban is still better than the status quo. I'm not going to complain about a step in the right direction.
