A Jack Daniel’s fan has accused the whiskey company of going “woke” due to its ad campaign featuring drag queens.
“For those of you who know me well my drink has always been Jack Daniels. For over 150 years since 1866 this drink was always associated with cowboys, warriors, bikers, savage rock bands and all American bad ass people,” Pauly Michaelis wrote in a social media post Friday.
“THEY WENT WOKE,” Michaelis continued. He added a middle-finger emoji and stated that Jasper Newton, the founder of Jack Daniel’s, was “turning over in his grave.”
“THEY took a classic tradition of Americana that was the total definition of masculinity and made it WOKE and for this I say F**K YOU JD and all of your products. You will never have the honor of touching my lips ever again,” he declared.
In his video, Michaelis brought items including a mirror, Jack Daniel’s glasses, and signs he displayed in his pub outside to dump them:

We are running out of products to buy
I never used Ulta. The only people I know who use Ulta are young and mostly lefties.
The good thing is - we are spoiled for choice. Drop Bud and JD’s ass immediately!
Within 20 minute drive from my house, there are about 6 or 7 micro-breweries and brew-pubs. Many in cool refurbished old buildings, and their own bottling lines, etc...And I can walk in and meet the owners, which I love.
Same is probably true in your town also. I
Same with small local distillers. Support the local guys.
Well I know I am! 😂😂😂😂
Like Scotch, sour mash has a particular taste, so if you drink it regularly you get used to it and end up preferring it to other whiskeys.
The best JD will get in new clients is wokesters at gay bars who drown the product in Diet Coke. If you can’t taste it, where’s the product loyalty?
Here to let JD know you’ll never spend any more money on its products: https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/contact-us
Covfefe after a Daniels — nothing Trumps that.
You found one woman who is proudly boycotting Ulta. Ulta used to be my favorite cosmetics store, but I’m finding that I can easily live without them. So can my wallet, lol.
They’re counting on “us” becoming non-consumers through age and death, and the aiming to secure the next generation that supports and agrees with all this crap.
“We” are just spectators now.
What a long and detailed process to respond to them, no thanks.
And Nike, and Olay.
The next generation isn’t spending money yet, so current losses could prove fatal — or at least damaging — if these reactions are legitimate, honest, widespread, and continue.
How about OLAY-—skin products???
ISWYDT
Dumping something that has already been paid for doesn’t hurt the company at all.
Drink it, and never buy any more.
Olay is owned by Proctor & Gamble.
Nuff said.
