Yeah, 30'06 meant for hunting does not damage bodily organs, which is why hunters use it. You don't want to harm a deer when you shoot it.

I’ve shot deer at fairly close range with both a 30-06 and 12 gauge 00 buckshot. In the former case, some serious holes were blown in the neck area, and hot breath was escaping as the deer struggled a bit. The latter usually look like they went to sleep.

Loves me some -06 at 100 plus yards, though.

Andrea just shows that she’s drunk the Kool-Aid on terminal ballistics. A raw steak is probably as close to mayhem as she’s ever been.
