She be gettin’ her reparayshuns yo!
Why do I think there’s more to this story...
And I’m not talking skin color.
The man is merely one of the host of Postal Union workers who handle mail in ballots.
Postal Unions will determine the outcomes of many elections
I’m making an assumption that this is more pervasive within the US Postal service than is being reported. Hiring the unqualified and those with poor ethics just because they can fill a minority quota also has consequences.
lolllllzzzz
Probably not.
I bet there are dozens of Destiny Mulugata’s in Cleveland.

My grandmother used to send us $10 or $20 for our birthdays and Christmas in cards. I saw that US Postal workers would specifically target cards for the cash. Now, they feel for the plastic gift cards and steal those. They should be horsewhipped and then incarcerated for 10 years for each theft. Some of them have been doing this for years, stealing thousands of dollars yearly.
Stealing is a harsh word. How about “spontaneous redistribution of the wealth”? Or, “free-lance reparations”?
What really is the difference between theft and taxes? One is organized crime and the other isn’t organized.
Post office used to be the shining example of integrity.
You send a letter, it got delivered, no question.
But lately, that’s not the case.
I am getting a lots of mail addressed to neighbors and sometimes to just random people. I am wondering how much of my mail gets delivered to a wrong address.
Mail is definitely disappearing.
What’s the problem?
I was involved with a group that was looking to purchase an old postal building. During the tour, the postmaster was showing us all the secret spy holes they had installed on the upper floor that looked down at each station on the sorting floor. Each spy hole was manned during the sorting.
But then they went to camera systems. Now they only have 1 or 2 people monitor the cameras. Iguess this 24 year old idiot didn’t pay attention to the security briefing and tour warning them that they are monitoring their actions.
“I’M ENTITLED!”
My long gone father-in-law worked at the post office in a small south west Georgia town. Long time ago. He often said that the only reason they came up with Zip Codes is because they had started hiring workers who couldn’t read and it was the only way that they could get the mail to where it belonged.
ah my old hometown.
how many can there be?
I too am getting a lot of wrong mail lately that should go to my neighbors - they are getting my mail as well, even though most addresses are typed in and not written by hand. Makes me question the reading ability of the mail carriers.
This is why direct deposit is so important now - there’s a check cashing joint on every corner now “no questions asked.”
A close friend had her identity stolen a couple of years ago - used to buy all kinds of pricey electronic equipment. Cops told her to NEVER pay her bills via snail mail, to pay online - what these thieves are doing now is steaming open bills to get the credit card numbers off of them - or check numbers - then sealing the bills back up and sending them on their way so the victim doesn’t find out until much later and a lot of damage has been done.

Let me guess....
Anything you can pack drag and carry is on the yep list.
The question is - who was fencing those checks and money orders? You don’t just cash them at the bank.
