Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed Belarus counterpart Alexander Lukashenko to Moscow on Wednesday for two days of talks, but in their opening public remarks both men steered clear of the war in Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said last week the two leaders would discuss Lukashenko's call for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine. Last month Putin said Russia would deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
"I must say that we have done a lot as a result of our joint work in all areas," Putin told Lukashenko in comments broadcast by state television.

“Talks”?
Who needs “talks” with their puppet?
Putin feels lonely.
It’s like being a little bit pregnant.
I think the “talks” will be more along the lines of, “Listen, a$$**le, when I say jump, this time you’ll jump. No backtalk, no waffling, nothing, or you’ll have a heart attack. Got it?”
Russia can’t go it alone against Ukraine. But Lukashenko believes, rightly, that if he tries to send his tiny army to war it will be his last act as president. He’s caught between people who will kill him if he does and people who will kill him if he doesn’t. Tough place to be. And, there’s NOTHING in it for him.
The US needs to let Ukraine “open talks” with Putin as well. The entire Ukrainian expedition was inspired by Biden, and that’s why the Dems have been so resistant to negotiations and have let Ukraine violate their earlier agreements with Russia.
But then, this all goes back to the Dem party’s Russia Russia Russia attempt to get Trump.
Biden gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine in a “minor incursion” and Putin effed up the deal.
These guys talk like a couple of teenagers with their first crush.
Just get over it and kiss each other.

Biden is a total idiot, and I think he probably thought this would take the spotlight off of his son and the fact that Hunter and Joe put Zelensky in charge. Then he suddenly realized...or maybe Hunter had a face to face reality moment with him...that his whole future, plus preventing any investigations into his financial dealings, was pegged to keeping the Ukraine and the nutty Zelensky on his side for propaganda purposes.
That said, I don’t think Biden himself really understood any of this (he was just waiting for his ice cream, hopefully brought by a young girl), but his Dem handlers sure did.
A lot of people in Russia and Ukraine have died because of Biden’s coverup operation.
Don’t kid yourself. Russia could take the gloves off with Ukraine. I’m glad they haven’t, the waste of life has been crazy for that area. I wish someone would be suing for peace.

Seems you may have it backward - Biden is a BUNCH of people’s puppet...
As to Zelenskyy - he answers to a more powerful bunch than #QuidProJoe...In fact, if I had to guess... Biden and Zelenskyy actually answer to the same powers...
