The indictment is legally insufficient on its face... Maybe that's why no law is actually cited in the indictment.

TG trolling again... Nothing new, actually getting VERY VERY old, unlike his personality.

TexasGator : "Grow up and quit with the juvenile posts." (says the FR resident Troll who posts immature juvenile posts daily, nomatter HOW ignorant or idiotic the posts are, and his sidekick Brian Griffin)

It's get Trump...any way, any how.

He scares the crap out of them.

They know they can't beat him, in a fair, legal election.

In the complete absence of a broken law, President Elect Trump was arrested and booked. And absent a change of venue, you can take it to the bank he will be convicted and sent to prison. Where I suspect he will be murdered.

and campaign finance violations ...

Yes. We've covered that. He took a plea deal and didn't fight that. If that was the only charge they had against him, I doubt he would have seen any prison time. The case is/was extremely weak. (The prosecution has to prove that the only reason for the hush payment was for the campaign and not family or business interests.)

Felony number (0): His name isn't Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton.

That's what this is really all about.

Cohen pled guilty to crimes HE committed, bozo. You miss all that? And thus is a convicted felon for real as a “star” witness. Atty client privilege ignored and exploited and mixing his money all part of that very real crime by a street level nobody. See: Michael Costello, Cohen’s attorney and his testimony to the grand jury, and description of his behaviours, lies, and ethics of an ethical lawyer.

Here it is, and listen to this thoroughly— it is quite clear what the hell is going on here:

That law, to be a felony, requires that there be a separate crime committed, and that the misdemeanor 170.10 second degree be used to cover up the second crime. The indictment omitted the secondary crime supposedly committed, and DA Bragg insists that doesn’t have to be divulged at this point.
