Donald Trump is expected to return home to Palm Beach County after Tuesday's arraignment in Manhattan where he will face criminal charges stemming from a hush money payment to a porn actor during his 2016 campaign.
The former president is expected to fly back to South Florida sometime Tuesday evening.
Trump's campaign said he is then expected to speak at Mar-a-Lago at about 8:15 p.m.
Before he arrived at the downtown Manhattan courthouse to surrender to authorities, Trump posted on his Truth Social account that this was a "surreal" experience, and he couldn't "believe this is happening in America."
Judge Juan Merchan ruled that TV cameras wouldn't be allowed in the courtroom.
Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, according to two law enforcement officials familiar with the matter.
Merchan warned Trump to refrain from rhetoric that could inflame or cause civil unrest during the arraignment.
The judge also warned Trump that he could be removed from the courtroom if he was disruptive, but Trump spoke only a few times to respond to questions.
He's next due in court on Dec. 4, though it is not clear if he will be required to appear.
The judge said he was not imposing a gag order at this point, but he asked both sides to refrain from comments that could lead to civil unrest.
Trump stayed mostly still with his hands steepled or interlaced and looked ahead during the proceedings, which lasted just over an hour.
He spent about two hours inside the building for booking and the arraignment where he learned the details of the criminal charges.
A conviction would not prevent Trump from running for or winning the presidency in 2024.
That is certainly his right to do so.
Usually the Corporate Media will only play short clips of Trump speaking, cherry picked to be easy to twist, but they had to play this in its entirety without breaking in. (I assume since I watched on Rumble)
For many of their regular viewers it had to be a first.
This is about election interference in the 2024 election.
President Trump has a right to defend himself. Certainly when he is being attacked with fake charges by his opponents.
To gag him while letting the other side talk is total crap and violates his rights.
Furthermore, President Trump stated facts about the judge that show this Judge hates President Trump, and has family that is working to get rid of President President. In any normal case the judge would have to step aside and give it to another judge. This is like having a KKK judge on a black man in the 1930ss. You think that would be a fair judge?
Shocking.
Sorry for the typos in post 123.
I WILL be casting my vote for Donald J. Trump in 2024!!!!!!!!!
Oh yes!!!! we must ALL PRAY for TRUMP and for the USA~~~~
I teared up when he walked through that door to Lee Greenwood’s song!!
NOticed the flag back on the lapel!!
I pray for President Trump, the American People, and America every day.
May we look and pray for the same Hand of Divine Providence that miraculously birthed our nation to miraculously rescue our nation from the satanic grip of him who is stronger than America who deceives the nations but who is subject to the power and will of our Almighty and Ever-Loving God who has great things in store for our country and IMO a great worldwide revival in store before he comes to take us outta here before that great and terrible day.
Best news I heard all week!
I wonder how that affected their viewership numbers? I am actually surprised that CNN carried it.
Even Fock Snooze airing it surprises me.
We need to tell each of them, especially Bragg, James and this Judge:

This is what happens when you mix politics and prosecution. A perversion of the criminal justice system.
Biden and Obama have their fingers all over this. Congress should subpoena their asses over election interference. It’s conspiracy too. These are not democrats anymore. Victor DH was talking about that earlier the on FNC.
Just listen, nice to hear him. Sounded comfortable, confident, and nice to hear and bring up new content. Seemed a bit rambling, jumping from one person and topic to the next, but overall on point, I am happy to see that he did not mince words about the various prosecutors, going into details about each one of them. I truly hope that this is the start of a no holds barred, scorched earth, campaign against the Democrats and the establishment out to get him.
And a great show, he is bringing through person after person to speak out about the persecution of Trump.
