This is about election interference in the 2024 election.
President Trump has a right to defend himself. Certainly when he is being attacked with fake charges by his opponents.
To gag him while letting the other side talk is total crap and violates his rights.
Furthermore, President Trump stated facts about the judge that show this Judge hates President Trump, and has family that is working to get rid of President President. In any normal case the judge would have to step aside and give it to another judge. This is like having a KKK judge on a black man in the 1930ss. You think that would be a fair judge?
I agree. I just don’t understand the actual state law saying we are accusing you of 34 counts of this to hide these other crimes but I don’t have to tell you or the judge what the crime is. When do they have to tell the defense and the judge. Do they give them those charges right before discovery. Seems like then the defense would likely ask for an extension to study and defend the charges. I am guessing it’s just more bs charges they can’t prove.
Just like the impeachment and russia collusion charges, they are just trying to give the media bad press to put out about him to attempt to cost him those votes from people riding the fence on who to vote for. But it seems none of the swing states has done anything to keep the same things from happening like 2020.
