Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg makes his case after indictment and arrest of Trump.
Maybe Jackson-Hewitt will hire him to sit in a booth at his local Walmart to dispense legal and tax expertise.
The “falsified” business record was to defraud (who) or hide a crime (what crime)? A felony for those two points? If neither true, is the alleged business record still a crime?
