New testimony from Bob Hughes confirms ballot tampering in Maricopa County’s 2022 election. Hughes states in his affidavit that “an intentional change was made to the printers affecting the DAY OF Election ballots” in the 2022 Maricopa County midterm election. Hughes’ affidavit in Exhibit K of a newly filed Motion to Reconsider in Mark Finchem’s dismissed 2022 election lawsuit confirms previous testimony from Clay Parikh. Parikh was one of several expert witnesses in the Kari Lake lawsuit.
Parikh testified there are “only two ways the printing of a 19-inch image on a 20-inch paper happened, and they are both intentional. He explained, “One way is by changing the printer adjustments. That would make the printer adjustments, and settings override the image file that was set. The other is from the application side or the operating system side.”
Hughes has 50 years of experience in the printing industry—16 of which have been in “printing ballots for Maricopa County Elections,” according to his affidavit. He also helped “establish the auditing criteria for the printing and paper portion of the 2020 Maricopa County ballot audit and helped select and set up the equipment used during the audit to do the ballot counting.”

I truly hope those who are guilty as sin for tampering with the elections in 2020 and 2022 in Arizona get a fair trial then a 20 year prison sentence for their crimes.
Gallows and firing squads, lest the lessons be lost.
They can have all evidence in the world and won’t get anywhere in the crooked courts because the judges are either corrupt or they want nothing to do with it because the left would make their lives a miserable hell.

What venue are they in? I thought Kari was appealing the trial courts bad decision? Why is their new Testimony?

New testimony is not allowed in a motion to reconsider, unless with reasonable diligence, the information was undiscoverable. An expert’s testimony is not undiscoverable.

It’s only new to this reporter. The affidavit was Exhibit K in the dismissed case and was submitted again in the moti ok n to reconsider.
If we still were living in America, this case would have already ended with a fraud finding. But we don’t, sadly enough.
100% of the Democrat appointed judges are in.
Probably 80% of Republican appointed judges are RINOs, and so they will ignore any laws that benefit MAGA candidates.
Do NOT confuse "Trump appointed" judges as being MAGA. Trump was given a list of judges by Mitch the Turtle that the Senate would approve.
Gov. Kari Lake, SOS Mark Finchum and AG Abe Hamadan are still fighting against their usurpers. Would that I could say the same about their US Senate compatriot. Abe us potentially the closest, officially down just 260 votes with thousands of officially uncounted provisions, which were the usually “count every vote” crowd on the flip side would surely have been counted. Some lower court has been sitting on his motion over a month. Lake officially down 17k votes had one of her claims remanded to trial court by AZSCOTUS but defendants are refusing to allow discovery. Others of her claims await planned appeals to SCOTUS. Finchum, further behind, was denied his case, but appears to be trying to pry it back open. AZ and US need all three!

Yep. That about sums it up. They reprogrammed the printers for election day in those areas because they expected a very heavy GOP turnout.

I don’t know which ticks me off the worst. The democrats who commit the fraud or the GOPe who ignore, and thus, condone it. Oh, and add in the Courts who turn a blind eye and rubber-stamp “all is fine” in regards to any court filing.
