Lol….the indictment is sealed, except for the parts the DA leaked to the press. Clown world.

“He also said he had no reason to believe the judge assigned to the case has any bias.”
Either he is dumber than a fence post or lying.
I hope it’s the second one.

"expects to make a motion to dismiss" Thats not a major announcement, that's just standard procedure Exactly! Maybe the presiding judge issuing a gag order won't be so bad.

Don’t you need a brain for that?

“It should not be weaponized to go after political opponents” been that way long before Trump came along. The Dems have been practicing lawfare for a long long time.

We already had a rat Judge in this proceeding toss Trump’s attorney/client privileges based on nothing but her hatred of Trump

The three biggest issues that I see are:
1) States generally do not have the authority to bring charges against federal statues. (State AG has no standing to bring federal charges)
2) Without the federal “crime” this is just a misdemeanor crime that the statue of limitations has expired. (Can’t prosecute after the statue of limitations has expired)
3) The underlying action, paying for the acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement, is not a crime.

Did they not charge because nothing was there or because they didn't want to charge a sitting President? I think it is very dangerous what they are doing. I don't trust NYPD or SS will keep him safe in and out of courtroom.

Yesterday was the beginning of Holy Week. And the Dems are hoping for a crucifixion.

If indeed the indictment involves the Federal campaign finance law, the US Code is very specific: the FEC has EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction over federal campaign finance laws

I expect a jury to find Trump guilty, but then a good federal judge will overturn the conviction.
I’m far from being a legal expert, but that’s what I expect.
I just want it to happen quickly.

I certainly hope that Fat Alvin gets disbarred over this political persecution.

Sounds good but the problem is it is not in the federal system.

I think I wrote it because many people do an extra bit of praying out of respect for Jesus.
Pray for our world and President Trump and the United States of America.

Of course the judge will NOT dismiss the case because he probably values his life.
