A thoughtful challenge to this judge, to keep it out of politics.
Can he suppress his TDS and follow the law and not make up some BS to justify it?
He needs to think hard about this.
Actions can have consequences beyond what we hope for.
I suspect Bragg will soon come down with COVID.
From what I understand this judge hates Trump. My guess is an immediate gag order followed by leaks designed to hurt the defense.
I’d like Trump’s team to ask for a gag order on Bragg and his office so they can sue for the obvious leaks that are coming.

A respectable judge would dismiss this.
No judge will rule that at areignment. These are the charges how do you plead. There are only two answers. This AH judge better get on to setting a PR bail and liberal travel. Set a date for preliminary motions etc.
I hope after this the Trump team would sue Bragg back to kindergarten.
That sounds right, the motion to dismiss will be at the time they take preliminary motions.

If they can’t get a dismissal, then they’ve got to get a change of venue.

The chances of a change of venue being granted are somewhat LESS than the chances of Cindy Crawford showing up at my house tonight, begging me to do unspeakable things to her body.
Motion to recuse will likely follow the arraignment if judge shows any sort of hostility, or maybe regardless.
This is an unmistakable warning to conservatives about what happens if you defeat the liberals sacred fat cows
How will this affect NYC tourism? Won’t far fewer Rs go there now? I’m not a Trump fan but the unfairness on display is obvious to all.
