‘No One Is Above the Law’?

Don’t You Believe It The reality is that an awful lot of people are above the law—they just all happen to be Democrats and leftists or members of Democratic voting blocks.

Democrats’ high-minded pretense in response to Donald Trump’s indictment—that “no one is above the law”—is so rich in hypocrisy it is almost awesome to watch them perform with a straight face.

A sampling of some Democratic members of Congress from Southeast Florida, who all read from the same script in the theater of the hypocritically absurd:

Representative Jared Moskowitz: “This is not a moment to celebrate. This is a terrible moment for the country. But no one is above the law.”

Rep. Lois Frankel, who is Trump’s congresswoman: “No one is above the law in our country, and that includes the former president of the United States.”

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “One reason America is a beacon of democracy is the foundational principle that no one—even a former president—is above the law. In this moment, Americans must trust the judicial process, and avoid partisan rancor or interfering in the peaceful administration of justice.”

Rep. Frederica Wilson: “Praise God. No one is above the law!”

But none of them really believe that in a host of other areas—which means they don’t believe it at all.

Hillary, Joe, Hunter, not at all above the law. They’re just free to commit whatever crimes they want.

Well, they did say no ONE is above the law. That appears to be true. Seems like several hundred are “above the law”. Although we’re not supposed to notice.

The democrats need to be shown the Pandora’s box that has just been opened. Republican governors and attorneys general should start arresting democrat officials in blue cities in their red states for dereliction of duty for allowing crime and homelessness to reach the catastrophic levels that they have.

we need to overcome this despicable scourge by

1)regaining power

2)having the right people in place with balls TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND GET THE JOB DONE

3)arrest prosecute and convict and finally

3)Let there be no mercy or loopholes

The only time dems get in trouble (no matter how blatant their crimes) is if other dems decide they want them gone. See Torricelli (was going to go to jail and lose election, had to go. Cuomo, someone else wanted the job so Coumo was tossed out. Etc). And even then they typically are just allowed to resign and the investigation mysteriously and immediately ends, no charges. Again, see Coumo and Torricelli. There are many other examples.

If a dem ever gets into any sort of trouble you can rest assured that it's really just a housekeeping exercise by the dem party and it will end when they are pushed from power.

Well, isn’t it time to stop whining and recalibrate.

The war is on.

Government has been weaponized. Prosecutors have been weaponized.

We can sit around and get kicked in the nethers.

Or, we can weaponize out prosecutors. These Dems that live in red states should be made to feel the meaning of “nobody is above the law.” Impanel Grand Juries, indict, mug shot, etc.

They have set the rules of engagement. Engage!!

Tuesday will see an unprecedented political lynching supported by the Democratic Party at large. Not one prominent Democrat has stepped forward to condemn this illegal spectical. They couldn’t get President Trump legally so they’re going to do it illegally. There is no legitimacy in this action.

Trump is consistently treated as if he is beneath or below the law, while plenty of elites and deep staters who are is very tormenters are sailing so far above the law as to be out of sight most of the time.

"There is no legitimacy in this action."

I doubt Trump had an a affair with Stormy Daniels. If he did, then the double standard is showing because "it was just about sex" when Beelzebubba Clinton did Lewinsky.

If Daniels was blabbing about an affair, and Trump paid her money to shut up (even if he did not do it), what law was broken? Inquiring minds want to know.
