Ivanka and Jared break silence on Trump indictment
Arutz Sheva ^ | 2/4/23

Former US President Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, broke their silence on Friday following Trump’s indictment in relation to hush money he allegedly paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

In a statement posted to social media, Ivanka Trump said, “I love my father, and I love my country.”

“Today, I am pained for both. I appreciate the voices across the political spectrum expressing support and concern,” she added.

Kushner, who served as a senior advisor to Trump during his time in President, commented on the indictment at an investment summit in Miami.

“As an American, it’s very troubling to me to see the leader of the opposition party be indicted, and I think that that shows obviously the fear that the Democrats have of Trump and the political strength that he has,” he said.

“It’s been hard to watch the opponents of him politically continue to break every norm over the last years to try to get him,” Kushner said during the opening of a talk focused on the Abraham Accords. Kushner linked the indictment to accusations against Trump of colluding with Russia, his impeachments, and law enforcement raids aimed at uncovering classified documents on his property,” added Kushner.

“I’ve been by him in a lot of these instances and it’s only made him stronger and his resolve to take on big challenges to fight for change, to fight for the American people has only gotten stronger,” Kushner said.

And I truly hope that is as far as their future involvement in a 2024 Trump term as they are anything but conservative.

I will say in their defense that Ivanka came out as pro-life and tried to approach people (forget who) on compromises regarding abortion funding, and Jared did a good job on the Abraham Accords.

“I’ll take the Trump children over any Kennedy”

Robert F Kennedy, Jr. has done excellent work exposing the corruption of Big Pharma and the agencies that regulate it. At the height of the pandemic Kennedy’s book about the real Anthony Fauci helped to expose and publicize the dangers of the Covid vaccines and the withholding of critical information from the public by government bureaucrats, the media, the medical industry, and the scientific community. He was censored and persecuted by the left and the media for his efforts to warn the public but didn’t back off. Having read his Fauci book, and watched his interviews with Tucker Carlson and others, my perception is RFK Jr. was a profile in courage for standing up for the truth at a time esteemed scientists and physicians were cowed into silence or outright complicit in the deception.

“If JFK Jr ran for President, we’d be in BIIIIIG trouble.”

Possibly, possibly not. Some believe JFK Jr. was taken out by the deep state fearing he would win the presidency and go after those in government responsible for his father’s death (assuming of course he believed the conspiracy theories).

By today’s standards President JFK was a conservative from a policy perspective. His successor, the “conservative” southerner LBJ pushed much more liberal social policies, much looser fiscal policy, and by lying about the Gulf of Tonkin incident plunged the US into the disastrous Vietnam War which divided the nation.

JFK Jr., while a Democrat, did not appear to be a hard leftist. His political commentary magazine, George, seemed to be well regarded by liberals and conservatives. He was a member of the young NY social scene and appears to have been no more liberal than Donald Trump at the time. Recall Trump was a liberal Democrat in the 1990’s.

As president JFK Jr. might have been pragmatic and more middle of the road than Clinton, Gore, Kerry, Obama and Biden. His father’s unfulfilled legacy might have caused him to break with his Uncle Ted and find his own path. Sometimes people taking high office grow dramatically and do the unexpected.

Since he never campaigned for high office we don’t have a real hint as to how he might have behaved in office. It is certainly possible he would have been a hard core leftist in the mold of his Uncle Ted.

My intuition is JFK Jr., assuming he was the Democrat nominee in 2008 instead of Obama, would have been a less destructive as POTUS than Obama. He also might have been a better choice than the perpetually angry, divisive, and possibly mentally unstable John McCain who was the GOP candidate in 2008.

He will be ineligible to run.
Part of the reason they want to nail him at any cost.
Also, before during and after the sham trial..THEY get to talk 24/7 Trump. And avoid biden’s disastrous reign of destruction. Which they wish to continue btw.
