It’s important to remember that Stormy Daniels signed a non-disclosure agreement and then took $130,000 in payment, allegedly from Michael Cohen on behalf of Donald Trump shortly before the 2016 election. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship. In this case, that relationship was an extramarital sexual relationship between Trump and a porn star who goes by Stormy Daniels.
Daniels has been trying to cash in on her alleged relationship with Trump ever since the whole scandal began. It wasn’t much of a shock to Trump voters in 2016 because Trump already had a reputation as a cad when it came to his treatment of women, including his wives. He almost tanked his campaign just days before the election when he told an entertainment show reporter that he was able to “grab them by the pu**y” because he’s a wealthy celebrity. Now Stormy proudly boasts in an interview with a London newspaper that “this pu**y grabbed back.”
She plays the victim while she tried to project herself as a badass. It makes it impossible to feel any sympathy for her because this attention is what she craves. She’s escalating her rhetoric since the news of the indictment broke and now she predicts that injury and death will be brought about, no matter what else happens with this case against Trump. Stormy gave an interview with The Times of London and said that Trump is no longer untouchable. She is very proud of her role in the story.
Trump is no longer untouchable,” says Stormy Daniels. “A person in power is not exempt from the law. And no matter what your job is, or what your bank account says, you’re held accountable for the things you’ve said and done, and justice is served.”
That did not appear to be the case for Donald Trump, the former president who has spent a lifetime escaping consequences and, latterly, prosecution. Until now.
“It’s vindication,” Daniels says, sounding cautious rather than triumphant. “But it’s bittersweet. He’s done so much worse that he should have been taken down [for] before. I am fully aware of the insanity of it being a porn star. But it’s also poetic; this pussy grabbed back.”
She escalates her rhetoric by predicting violence and even death will come from all of this. It’s as though she and the other opponents of Trump are wish casting death and destruction. It’s sick.
“It’s monumental and epic, and I’m proud,” Daniels says. “The other side of it is that it’s going to continue to divide people and bring them up in arms. He’s already gotten away with inciting a riot, and causing death and destruction.
“Whatever the outcome is, it’s going to cause violence, and there’s going to be injuries and death,” she says. “There’s the potential for a lot of good to come from this. But either way, a lot of bad is going to come from it, too.”
Note to Ms. Daniels – the only death that happened on January 6 during the riot was that of Ashli Babbitt, a military veteran, and Trump supporter. She was fatally shot by a Capitol Police officer inside the Capitol building. She was 35 years old.
Daniels says she is getting death threats and threats of violence through social media since the news of the indictment broke. She claims for the first time, she is afraid. She accuses Trump of “inciting violence and encouraging it.”
“The country is more divided and people are more desperate. I’m not afraid of [Trump], or of the government, but it just takes one crazy supporter who thinks they’re doing God’s work or protecting democracy,” she said.
Maybe she should consider her role in the madness.
I was a little surprised to see her interview in the London newspaper. There were headlines on Friday that she was doing an exclusive interview with Piers Morgan and then later in the day, the story was that the interview was canceled due to security concerns. Morgan described it as a “global exclusive” interview.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, Stormy Daniels has had to suddenly postpone our interview tonight due to some security issues that have arisen. Hope she’s OK.

“Unfortunately, Stormy Daniels has had to suddenly postpone our interview tonight due to some security issues that have arisen. Hope she’s OK,” Morgan tweeted twenty minutes before the interview was due to air.
The supposed “bombshell” interview on TalkTV and Fox Nation was to be Daniels’ first since former president Trump was indictment over alleged involvement in a hush money payment to Daniels in 2016 and for alleged campaign fraud.
Business is good since the indictment was reported. Daniels has been drinking champagne to celebrate the news and told the press that her merchandise is selling like hotcakes.
Daniels last night hinted that she had been celebrating the news of the former POTUS’s historic indictment by drinking champagne. She also suggested the news had prompted a surge in sales of her branded merchandise and autograph requests.
“Thank you to everyone for your support and love!” Daniels posted to Twitter. “I have so many messages coming in that I can’t respond … also don’t want to spill my champagne [winking face with tongue emoji] #Teamstormy merch/autograph orders are pouring in, too! Thank you for that as well but allow a few extra days for shipment.”

And, then a phony little follow-up tweet between herself and her attorney.
Thank you https://t.co/96ZZ7oDTtm

As I said, she agreed to sign an NDA and then she went back on the deal after she took the money. Color me shocked that there is no honor among porn stars.
She’s angry as she got screwed by the crazy porn lawyer.
She wrote it but claims to have been forced to write it!
It’s in her book.
OK, if this is true, why the non-disclosure agreement?
Imagine that you are the Father of the Bride, and are (in 5 minutes) going to give a speech, at a public venue, to the assembled wedding party, just before the wedding takes place.
And imagine I am a former boyfriend of said daughter.
As a meth-mouthed crack addict and street bum, I approach you and tell you that I intend to disrupt said speech, besmirching your daughter's reputation with sly innuendo and half-truths.
I'm not even going to lie!
Rather, I'm going to rely on the audience's willingness to "fill in the gaps" in my narrative to your daughter's disadvantage.
But for twenty bucks, I'll disappear.
Why would you pay me, if there is no truth to what I'm going to say?
Regards,
Every time she takes her circus to court, she loses.
It’s my understanding that Trump never
signed the agreement, and has denied the
affair.

To Whom It May Concern:
Over the past few weeks I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago.
The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006,
2011,2016,2017 and now again in 2018.1 am not denying this affair because I was paid “hush money” as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.
I will have no further comment on this matter, Please feel free to check me out on Instagram at @thestormydaniels.

So they want to pretend Trump knew and ordered Michael Cohen to pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 despite the fact that Michael Cohen is a liar and criminal who actually stole over $300,000 from Stormy Daniels?
The same Stormy Daniels who had to pay Trump 400,000?
Does that make sense to a sane person? No it doesn’t. So no intent means no crime.
Very few movie stars sign their birth name.
She’s a prostitute with a twist.
OK, if this is true, why the non-disclosure agreement?
try using common sense on your own question...
I keep trying to wrap my head around this.
If she signed an NDA and got paid off, why is she not being charged at this point for black mail? Isn’t this exactly what this is?
Isn’t this a prime example of it? It doesn’t matter what kind of money was used to do this...it is basically black mail.
Now it would raise the question if a President can be black mailed should he hold office, but then my tag line has been there a long time now ...since the Ukraine war started.
And one has to wonder who is paying Stormy this time?
The man’s a germaphobe. For years he didn’t even want to shake hands with people because of his concern about germs.
Does anybody really think he’d make it with a porn star?
The man was certainly known to pursue models. Its clear what he likes - look at Ivana, look at Melania....ie tall, slender, Eastern European, model level good looks, both had/have brains too. That’s what he likes. A porn star???? I don’t believe it.
Why the NDA? Because her throwing those accusations out there no matter how untrue is an embarrassment to Melania who would have to deal with that crap.
Rich men being shaken down by women just looking for a payday like this happens regularly. Actors, Business Executives, Politicians, you might be surprised how many of them will just pay somebody making an accusation like this to sign an NDA and go away. Congress has a slush fund for exactly this purpose.
Don’t forget the whole circus in Atlanta which failed because the woman who was the foreperson of the jury turned out to be an actual witch. So weird, such a flake, so downright nuts was she that CNN quickly hustled her off the air.
Oh, and let’s not forget the one clearly crazy woman in New York who, borrowing directly from a script from Law and Order Special Victims Unit, claimed Trump raped her in a department store. CNN put her on the air and very quickly had to hustle her off the air when she proclaimed “rape is sexy”.
Everybody sees that this is just another effort at corrupt lawfare from Democrats.
The sad thing is, she actually is a pretty girl. That is of course ruined by her being a gross, dirty porn star/prostitute.
I’ll never understand why a woman with her looks would resort to that. If she’d have played her cards right, she could have had...if not damn near any man she wanted then at least a man who was a really good catch. Instead, she’s subjected herself to years of degradation and ensured no decent man would want her. I just don’t get it.
Blackmail is one we went over extensively in law school.
You can’t say “I’m going to besmirch your good name (release the pictures I have, etc) unless you pay me $”. That’s blackmail.
You can say “”I’m going to besmirch your good name (release the pictures I have, etc)”.....then the person offers to pay you money to go away.
Blackmail is putting the other person to what is legally an impermissible choice. You just have to leave off the “unless you pay me” part and let them fill that in themselves. Then its not considered blackmail.
it’s in MURDOCH’s Times newspaper in the UK, and picked up by FakeNewsMSM everywhere.
yet I cannot find if The Times’ article is attributed to any “journos” in particular, unless I pay to read The Times piece.
MURDOCH is determined to stop Trump running again, no less than Soros.
Amid publicity tour, porn star Stormy Daniels denies having an affair with Trump
Jan 31 20186:13 AM EST
Sounds pretty real.
Sorry, but this is another example of the type of people Trump chooses to get involved with.
With Trump’ wealth, he could have had an affair with anyone. But he chooses this type of person.
Not very different than his cabinet choices.
Is she trying to talk with her mouth full?
Asking for a friend.
"Hey, remember those great nude photos we took of each other, back when we were an 'item?' Well, the National Enquirer has offered to buy them from me and publish a big expose! Isn't that wonderful? Aren't you happy for me? You know, I could really use the $$$ that the Nat'l Enquirer is offering. What do you think?"
Even if there weren't any photos, the tabloids would pay big bucks for a lengthy, in-depth interview.
Yep, that's how one does it without being guilty of extortion!
