The statute of limitations for most felonies in NY is 5 years

Some moron will claim that the 5 year limit doesn't apply because COVID and some moron judge could agree.

First thing Trump lawyers should demand a change of venue.

Wait, I thought the statute of limitations was over on any misdemeanors? The DAs office sure leaks a lot despite a supposedly sealed indictment.

In DNC lawfare years, 5 years = 1 year.

Yes. Isn’t it disgusting?

They have a style guide to employ all manner of proper “woke” news talk and integrity, but when it comes to Donald Trump, that goes down the flusher and their full yellow propaganda, er, “journalism” shows.

1) Bragg included a loony theory attempting to link the Stormy payment to a felony federal campaign violation (which the FEC rejected). But some NYC jurors, maybe not all, would convict Trump of killing Lincoln.

2) I have not seen the indictment. You may have read claims based on leaks or fake news. For all I know, Bragg might have conjured up more BS that I have not seen.

3) I would not be surprised to find more recent payments Trump supposedly made to other women in the indictment.

And where are the R governors in this? Rounding the wagons in leadership to protect Donald Trump’s extradition movement with armed National Guard? By The States borders by air, land, and sea.

They need to nip this at the bud immediately, appealing to the citizens through mass campaign media for back up.

If that nutty DA did indict “Trump of killing Lincoln”, do you think Trump woukd still submit to the arraignment?

Yeah. He beat two “impeachment” attempts by the far-left insurrectionists. The extreme far-left have got to give up on their wet dreams. Trump is about as slippery at Slick Willie Clintoon was.

That’s what this is all about. They don’t fear anyone else on the GOP side but Trump.

He apparently will submit to this one, partly for political aims.

And they’ll know he’ll want to reform the FBI and the DOJ, which have essentially become the Democrats’ secret police.

Since there’s no actual crime, there’s no statute of limitations.

When are we going to see the congressional hush money list that used taxpayer money and NDA’s with young congressional staffers who claimed they were sexually assaulted?

That was a neat trick.

Compare that to these allegations... I wonder how many quotes and tweets would look far different now than they did then if that were released.

It’s ok. He gets a chance to “prove his innocence” according to Pelosi.

I about choked. He has been “proving his innocence” for 6 years and the former speaker of the house and multi-decade congresswoman still has no clue how our nation is supposed to work.
