Now that the precedent has been set, it puts every living ex-prez, with the exception of Carter, liable to be indicted for some trumped up charge. Well, maybe all but Clinton. The Clintons have that magical ability to escape serious charges for anything. And now Biden is a potential target for having his rear end reamed, which would be a definite popcorn event.
