* Trump, 76, was indicted on fraud charges last night by a Manhattan grand jury
* He will travel to New York to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon
* Attorney Joe Tacopina says he won't be handcuffs - but may be perp-walked

After recovering from the 'initial shock' of a grand jury indictment against him, President Trump is now raging about the judge who is expected to preside over the case.
Trump, 76, will be arraigned in Manhattan at 2.15pm on Tuesday on an array of business fraud charges relating to 2016 hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.
He has denied any wrongdoing, and says he is the victim of a politically-motivated witch hunt led by the famously Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Yesterday, Judge Juan Merchan was spotted arriving at the Manhattan criminal courthouse in casual clothes last night flanked by two security officers, leading many to believe that he has been chosen for the case.
Merchan previously presided over the Trump Organization fraud trial, where the family business was fined $1.2million on a range of charges.
On Friday morning, Trump took to Truth Social to complain that Merchan 'hates' him and had been 'handpicked' by Bragg and his cronies.

That goes back to the Ham Sandwich Theory of Grand Juries and DA’s. You are correct. They will try anything. Which is why, going back to the OP, you don’t give them any ammo to work with and Trump is a veritable armory of ammo which he throws out every day.
The best way to avoid this is not to run afoul of the Derp State, like by being a Republican, a patriot, a Christian, or anything resembling being ethical or moral. If you don’t, they’ll just concoct charges against you out of thin air in order to silence or destroy you.
Remember, kids, they can indict a ham sandwich if they so choose.
you make a valid point. He does personify the ‘any publicity is good publicity’. Hell, maybe my Reverse Democrat Operation Chaos thing above is actually legitimate.
Yup. It's called "context", and the media and leftists go out of their way to bury it at all times, not just with this story, but with everything they say or claim someone else said.
When they come for h8s family no one will help.

Thanks for the link. I’d expect a post like that from that doofus, who is obviously a member of The Lincoln Project.
All I know is it’s time for all American Patriots to rally in defense of President Trump and the rule of law and stand to defend our Republic. It’s not the time to snipe at President Trump, whether you like him or not.
A Patriot will not be sniping at President Trump at this crucial time, just as he is being indicted on trumped up (no pun intended) bogus politically motivated charges.
Those aren’t the facts.
Good grief, if Trump paid his dry cleaner with his own money they could say his wearing a freshly pressed starched shirt at a rally was him trying to influence the election.
Should they indict him for that?
You Trump hating freaks just can’t keep your freaking venom to yourself just for a few hours, can you?
Must have struck a nerve. Sorry!
Yep. Keating Five McCain, who wanted to flood the country with illegals, who spent most of his career poking conservatives in the eye, and lived the last years of his life in a state of sheer spitefulness, had “character,” but Trump does not.
I’m not even going to talk about HIS divorce.
Also he was judge on the Allen Weisslberg trial (former CFO of the Trump Organization). That could be a biggie.
It also might explain why democrat thugs are so smug... Oh well, one more hurtle to overcome...
Change of venue!
You give yourself way too much credit.
I guess we will find out soon enough.
