Florida Will Not Assist In An Extradition Request Given The Questionable Circumstances At Issue With This Soros-Backed Manhattan Prosecutor And His Political Agenda
Twitter ^ | 03/30/23 | Ron DeSantis

Posted on 03/30/2023 4:10:00 PM PDT by Enlightened1

The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head.

It is un-American.

The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent.

Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda.

Leave it to Ron a DeSantis to take a meaningless, ineffective stand like this.

Donald Trump has probably decided to charter a massive cruise ship and sail into New York harbor for his arraignment hearing.

Its Bonney Blue Flag time all over again. Maybe something good will come of this—a new Republic of Free States?

Trump needs a rally that shuts down New York City’s major highways for a week. No food shipments into NYC.

New York authorities have no jurisdiction outside of their state. They are civilians when they cross the state line. Federal agents have no jurisdiction unless Florida refuses to extradite Trump to New York. A Supreme Court ruling from 1987 held that the governor of an asylum state has no discretion on his duty to extradite, and the Federal courts may may enforce the governor’s duty to return the fugitive to the demanding state.

So if Bragg wants Trump, Trump has to leave Florida by himself according to Ron DeSantis. The 6:30 pm ABC news (3/30/23) didn’t report this. Let’s see if the western edition of ABC News (8:30 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time or 5:30 pm Western Daylight Savings Time) updates their newscast.

President Trump will probably voluntarily go to NY to be arraigned Railroaded and declared a flight risk and jailed awaiting trial in the 'Epstein Suite' .

Hmm l think you are being unfair. DeSantis used the occasion to say the right things about these lawless hacks. In one sense meaningless because Trump cannot just stay in Fla but Ron did himself some good here.

No such efforts were ever contemplated. Trump through his lawyers has already said that if he was charged he would go down there and proudly plead not guilty in person.

I agree. I think he goes voluntarily.

Everything they do, in an attempt to weaken him, only makes him stronger and support grows.

He’s going to use this to expose so much more, IMHO.

That DA also thumbed his nose at Congress.

The DA is a dem. Dems are allowed to thumb their noses at Congress, if the house involved is controlled by Republicans. Republicans who defy a dem Congress go to jail. That’s how it works.
