Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said he is “tired” of hearing former President Trump’s grievances in his latest media appearance this week.
“I think that no leader who is backward looking is a leader who can be victorious,” Christie said on “The Hugh Hewitt” show on Thursday when asked about Trump. “And I’m tired of hearing about his grievances.”
Christie, once a friend and former ally to Trump, has kicked his attacks against the former president into high gear this week as he considers a potential bid for the White House. He also said during the Thursday appearance that Trump’s first official 2024 campaign rally in Waco, Texas, was a “snoozer,” noting that his “act is getting very old.”
Hewitt additionally asked Christie what his thoughts were on claims that those who are jailed due to their involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol are “political prisoners.”

IF the media ripped Trump for 2 SMALL scoops of ice cram at dinner——
How closely will they follow Christie’s eating habits???
Wow Chris, you’re going to get slapped down by the very voters you’re trying to fool. I’m looking forward to seeing your stupid ass get thrown out in the primaries. Conservative Americans can’t stand you Chris, and we know you’re only running to get some campaign cash.
You really are a fat, stupid loser.
Anything to try to be relevent there fat boy
And I am suppposed to care what Christie thinks because?
Christie doesn’t understand that Trump’s grievances are also my grievances, for the most part.
“… considering he’s a needle dick.”
Inquiring minds want to know how you know this to be a fact?
Do what I did. Shut off the news. It’s all BS anyway.
Somebody stuff a donut in his mouth to shut him up already
Brilliant!
I’m tired of fatso. . . .
Chris’s photo ID has to be taken from the International Space Station.
I think that no leader who hasn't seen his toes since he was 14, can be victorious.
I've lived my entire life in this crap-hole of a state and I want to agree overwhelmingly with you BUT, F. Scott Garrett was my District Rep for many terms and was one of the only congress-critters to question TARP and it's lack of monetary oversight. It cost him his seat.
Paul "Eddy-Munster" Ryan pulled all financial support from his re-election campaign and insured the district went to a Dem. Garrett's my neighbor and a genuine conservative. So, there's that.
Christie is still pissed that Trump didn’t offer him the AG job.
Which of them do you disagree with, fat boy?
Christie knows he isn’t going to be nominated this go around. He is just taking the heat and bulldozing the snow for others. In a way I appreciate what he is doing. For my part, I definitely want more choices than just Trump.
Christie, dirt bag that he is, would have been better than the douchebag Senator. That was a trap.
you are correct ... that is when he turned ...
My memory fails me often, but I thought it was when Christie was ushered off the transition team or more like when the carpet was pulled from underneath him. And to be sure, chaos ensued shortly thereafter too which didn't give Trump the best look even until now. The transition didn't turn out to be one of those things that instinct alone could tackle.
