One of the six victims killed by Nashville shooter Audrey Hale was the daughter of a pastor who was “providing counseling for her,” according to a recent report.
“Something didn’t sit right with her,” Jim Bachmann — the former pastor at The Covenant School which Hale stormed on Monday, killing six — told Inside Edition.
Bachmann described how Covenant Pastor Chad Scruggs, whose 9-year-old daughter, Hallie, was among those killed, had been Hale’s private counselor.
Transgender Hale arrived at The Covenant School around 9:54 a.m., blasted her way in through locked glass doors, and carried out a 14-minute killing spree that left three school children and three school staffers dead before she was shot by police.
Bachmann told Inside Edition Hale appeared to be searching for Scruggs in surveillance footage police have since released.
The video shows a heavily-armed Hale looking around as she stalked through empty hallways.
“If she had found Chad, if she had tried to kill him, maybe she would have left the daughter alone,” Bachmann speculated.
The reason why Scruggs was counseling Hale and how long he had been coaching her has not been revealed.
Prior to the attack, Hale sent several messages to a former classmate, telling the woman: “I’m planning to die today … You’ll probably hear about me on the news.”

The pastor denies that he was counseling Hale.
Scruggs may or may not have been counselling Hale, but Bachmann doesn’t actually know and is speculating. The video we have so far doesn’t appear to support his descriptions either.
It’s interesting watching this unsubstantiated rumormongering wind its way from publisher to publisher. Brings back memories of early FR when we’d watch disproven and retracted initial news reports work their way around the world.
I’m curious to the nature of the counselling, however. Was it “you be you” or “you are sick and need help.”

That said, the only thing that is important now, is to minimally get ARMED SECURITY GUARDS AT EVERY SINGLE SCHOOL. NOW! TODAY!
If the corrupt government can spare billions to go to Ukraine, they can cough up the money to protect America's children from the effing psychos running loose in our country.
The gov. can take the money to pay for this from the useless Department of Education, or the overpaid school administrators.
They also need to require that all teachers be trained and carry firearms like they do in Israel.
Maybe the security guards could be military- retired? (I imagine they would have the knowledgeable to be able to spot these monsters before they could cause any harm.)
How many of these attacks, does anyone think would happen, after these things, (Armed security guards at every school, and armed teachers See: Israel), are implemented?
I would bet that there would be few if any.
Protecting our children should be our number one priority.
However, I fully expect our current coup installed, CCP controlled, crap, criminal government, to use this to try to disarm law abiding citizens. 😡
By all appearances, they were very fortunate that the shooters got distracted shooting people and tormenting them and didn’t make sure those worked.
the police intimated she/he had a mental disorder - which seems to intimate she was under someone’s care at some point - counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist. i’m really interested to know her toxicology - was she being injected with drugs/hormones for her transition.
Don’t you sorta think that if you’re trans you might have a little head problem? Asking for a friend.

Bachmann was rumor-mongering. He now accepts they probably didn’t even know each other.
Oops- my mistake. I was told she was born male and pretending to be a female. Guess my source was wrong... Thank you for the update.
