TRUMP CONTINUES TO BE THE TOP VOICE PROMOTING PEACE: ‘THE WAR HAS TO STOP NOW’

President Trump addressed the Ukraine-Russia war in an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, as well as his approach to peace. On Tuesday, the MAGA War Room posted clips of the discussion on Twitter in which President Trump tore into the Biden administration’s handling of the war.

He noted, “Between inflation, the economy, the — what happened in Afghanistan, it started it because we looked so incompetent.”

President Trump once again asserted that Russian leader Vladimir Putin would never have started the war against Ukraine if Trump were still in office. Relations between the U.S. and Russia were more stable during Trump’s first term per Time Magazine, but due to the now-debunked Russian collusion hoax, they were also intensely scrutinized, via the New York Post.

Despite this, President Trump continues his push for peace. The Post Millennial reported that Trump was the first president in 40 years to avoid starting any new wars, and true to that legacy he has continuously advocated for a peaceful end to the current Ukraine-Russia conflict.

In another clip from the interview, the 45th president decried the possibility of World War III and the repercussions of a nuclear war with Russia. President Trump also described plans to negotiate peace within 24 hours.

President Trump’s goal is clear. He simply stated, “The war has to stop now.”

The Democrats clearly want war.

Republicans too. It's all one big "War Party".

And the war would not have happened if Trump was president.

We have to wait 2 years before Trump can get peace in Ukraine. Advocating peace now by somebody that’s not involved in making decisions now, won’t get Ukraine any peace.

The Democrats clearly want war.

Putin wants Ukraine, and after that, more of his neighbors.

Where are the peaceniks? They seem to be making themselves scarce. Where’s that woman who was always protesting in George Bush’s driveway? Where’s Code Pink? I’m puzzled.

What am I saying. They only come out of the woodwork when a Republican is President. Duh (hand slaps forehead).

I always remember Janeane Garofalo’s line, “It’s not ‘hip’ to protest Clinton’s wars.”

Trump is the leading candidate for the Republican Party’s presidential nomination. His foreign policy is a matter of public record gathered from his term in office: America First.

What Trump thinks, as the candidate who could very well be the next president of the United States, is a matter of interest to the people and is of major importance for setting the direction and tone for public debate leading up to the election.

Yes, I am moved to quote Patrick Henry, “Men cry peace, but there is no peace...”.

Trump does have a genuinely excellent record in foreign policy. And his claim that the Ukraine war would never have happened with him in office is credible to me; not because Trump was peace-loving but because Putin was scared of him.

But the war has happened, and Trump’s claim to be able to stop it in 24 hours is ludicrous. The Ukrainians won’t surrender just to please Trump.

They'll surrender the very day we cut them loose from America's dried up teat. On to Africa!

“And the war would not have happened if Trump was president.”

I agree with that.
