One has to listen carefully to Tucker. He has a way of slipping things in, like the time he referred to Canada's head of State as Fidel Castro's son.

The ‘rule of law’ means were all citizens are treated equally before the law’... it does NOT mean citizens must all ‘follow the law’.

If it meant everyone must ‘follow the law’ North Korea, Cuba and every hellhole on earth would have ‘rule of law’.
