Going to war? Good news! The United States is 13 years behind in ammunition production, NYT reports

The Biden administration this month proposed a record-breaking $842 billion budget for the DOD.

Missile and munition stockpiles are dwindling as the US continues to send aid packages to Ukraine.

Since production capacity changed after the Cold War, the US can no longer keep up with wartime demands.

—— break ——-

In fulfilling those promises, The New York Times reported the US has sent Ukraine so many stockpiled Stinger missiles that it would take 13 years of production at recent capacity levels to replace them. The Times added that Raytheon, the company that helps make Javeline missile systems, said it would take five years at last year's production rates to replace the number of missiles sent to Ukraine in the last ten months.

America, fighting Russia to the very last Ukrainian life while making America last and weak.

There’s still no American interest in Ukraine.

Nevertheless, the Biden regime is no doubt pleased by today’s terror attack on a Christian school in Nashville.

Ukrainians are the ones fighting and there is an American interest.

As for the ammo production shortage, glad it’s being brought to light

A post-industrial economy can't win a great war.

Dems found a war they like — Ukraine.

They probably wish they had some of the stuffy they left in Afghanistan.

Congress has known about this for MONTHS or more,
and that Ukraine’s useless waste
of American munitions would leave this country HELPLESS.

NONE of them cared because they want CANDY and
trafficking and payoffs which only the Ukraine
and CCP can provide. The Twilight Zone was safer.

They are doing it on purpose. Disarming the last arguable superpower standing in the way of world government.

Its not conspiracy theory. The elites have said the same dam thing time and again.

Thank you the Obama administration. Convert our military into a force to defend the leftist elites at home.

“The New York Times reported the US has sent Ukraine so many stockpiled Stinger missiles that it would take 13 years of production at recent capacity levels to replace them. “

I stopped there. The US sent its stingers because there is no need for them in the US warfighting doctrine. The US has spent the last twenty years fighting against foes who do not have an air force so the missiles were dead weight. There hasn’t been an order placed for new Stingers in twenty years, although the ones in inventory were periodically maintained as all US military items are maintained until they are demilitarized and sold or scrapped. The reason they can’t be built today is the components used in them are obsolete. They would need to be redesigned.

When I was a kid there was a huge steel mill about 10 miles from my home. Its furnaces lit up the night sky. That mill rolled armor for ships and tanks during WW II. If necessary, I’m sure that mill can be retooled to produce ammunition.

Oh, wait. That mill was torn down 40 years ago. A Dollar Store is now at the location.
Never mind.

Yes.

The USA is being weakened in every conceivable way. We are bing systematically attacked in every possible way 24/7.

No nation could endure what we’re enduring and survive for long and we’re sinking steadily.

Disarming the last arguable superpower standing in the way of world government.

This has never worked in the last 4,000 years. If you want to rule, you have to achieve it through force of arms (British defeat of Napolean, Communist defeat of White Russia, American defeat of Imperial Japan, and hundreds of other examples). The Davos elites need American super power to achieve their goals. Instead, what we're witnessing now is the crushing end of US/EU globalist dreams.
