Best I can figure out, the murderer was born male (XY) and then decided to pretend to be female, but one cannot change one’s genes no matter how deluded.

I haven't seen them say that anywhere. The "official line" seems to be the individual was just a normal woman. The police (in everything I've seen) just called her a woman.
It's the internet sleuths who figured out the Female-to-Male tranny angle.
Someone up above posted the article from The Conservative Treehouse where he makes the same deductions I did: Audrey was her (real, born Female) name, and she was in the process of transitioing to "Aiden", her assumed (fake) Male persona.

Likely because the gender identity as well as instability played a role in the motive, all of the social media and online profiles of Audrey Hale were scrubbed before she/he was identified as the shooter.

Trans male = FAKE male: a mentally ill, gay female dressing like a man to attract women or abuse young females.
Trans female = FAKE female: a mentally ill , gay male dressing like a woman to attract men or abuse young males.
These are DSM-5 disorders and should be treated as such.
