Recently, the House of Representatives held the first in a series of congressional hearings targeting TikTok and the social media giant’s subservience to communist China. That led to some rather interesting admissions, including the fact that engineers in China (and by proxy, the Chinese government) do have access to the personal information of millions and millions of Americans.
Without a good answer for that massive security issue, TikTok’s CEO borrowed a favorite strategy from the left. Namely, he claimed that any criticism of his company and the Chinese government is xenophobia. He also refused to comment on the Uyghur genocide for very obvious reasons.

Nope. 99% of average America will never learn of this issue. It will never be an issue in our wonderful objective national big media. Probably has potential as a good election issue-but it will not be.

I realize that most will not even be aware of this issue.
However, you have to admit that once you are aware of what to look for, it’s amazing to watch a broke and in-debt new congressman(person) slowly and then suddenly become a millionaire within a few years of being elected to Congress. For you can tell that is what is happening here.
No wonder people will pay ridiculous amounts of money to be elected to such an office. In fact, even to run and and lose an election can reverse your financial fortunes. Just look at Stacy Abrams who has twice unsuccessfully campaigned for Georgia’s governor’s seat. She was in debt in a major way. Now, she is very wealthy and will add to that wealth by joining “Boards”, “non-profit orgs” and allowing her name to be used in conjunction with “social justice” campaigns, etc. I bet Democrats running for election now even pay her for her endorsement. It’s a big money-making machine and we are the ones providing the money.

This Washington DC grift thing, it takes a few terms to get the nuances down.
AOC went from a broke penniless bartender that was stealing other people’s tips to a millionaire congresswoman. She claims to be a socialist but is truly a capitalist just like her mentor Bernie Sanders. I wonder how many mansions and yachts she will own by the time she retires from congress?
