Chris Christie says he’ll decide 2024 run in next 60 days

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said he would make a decision about whether to run for president in 2024 in the “next 60 days,” and that a visit to New Hampshire, one of the earliest states in the primary process, could be a factor in his decision.

“I’m definitely thinking about running, probably make a decision in the next 60 days on what to do or not to do,” Christie said in a radio interview with Fox News’s Brian Kilmeade this week. “You know me, when I make a decision I’ll let everybody know.”

He’s waiting for DeSantis to announce that he is not running, then he’ll be the next one up

“I give Christie props though for being the first Republican to really push back against the left’s narratives...”

There was that.

And then the Fey Wray.

And since?

I’ll save you some time and decide for you if you don’t mind, Mr. Christie.

Now, I’m no political savant or a psychic as to how things will turn out, but forget it. Your campaign to be president is dead in the water right now as we speak. Thats not going to change in the future. You would be saving a lot of time and money if you just didn’t bother. I don’t need to be an expert to see this. If you do choose to run, your attempt will be a spectacular failure.

Is there some sort of tax deduction for contributing to a candidate? Otherwise, how can he expect to get donations? Who would give money to this obvious crash and burn campaign?

Good. I want a large group of hopefuls in the early hunt for the primaries. That's a healthy thing, and it's where we define our issues and identify our quarterback.

As for Mister Christie, he has about as much chance as Willard or the Lizard, but the more the merrier.

The nomination for GOP POTUS candidate is owed to nobody.

Every hopeful needs to make and defend his or her case.

We, the voters will decide who moves on, not other candidates or politicians.

Christies keeps putting out this notices, hoping, I guess to acquire some donor responses to the idea. Such hope on his part is a waste of time.

Chris Christie has already burned a lot of bridges behind himself, and is not in good graces with the MAGA crowd, which will have a very distinct bearing on which candidate gets the nod for the nomination.

Not to discourage the former Governor in the least, but he should pick his battles more carefully. He is neither friend, nor, for the moment, the enemy of Donald J. Trump. The bona fides of Chris Christie as a conservative are not well established, even though in the venue that is New Jersey, he might be considered to be one.

I agree with you that he's a disgusting pig and I wouldn't vote for him for dog-catcher right now. But why can't you give people their props?

Christie was a good blue-state Governor and he was probably the first Republican ever who really pushed back against narratives. He really set the tone for Trump and MTG and such.

People let me tell you bout my best friend,
He's a one boy cuddly toy, my up, my down, my pride and joy.

People let me tell you 'bout him he's so much fun
Whether we're talkin' man to man or whether we're talking son to son.
Cause he's my best friend.
Yeah he's my best friend. 🎵
