Zelensky Admitted That Ukraine Already Ran Out Of Ammo
Zubu Brothers ^ | 3/25/23 | Staff

Posted on 03/25/2023 11:20:29 AM PDT by Its All Over Except ...

The very fact that Ukraine is out of ammunition per Zelensky’s damning admission to Japanese media proves that the West’s defeat in its self-declared “race of logistics” with Russia might already be a fait accompli by this point since it’s clear that Kiev can’t keep pace with its opponent despite being backed by all of NATO’s military-industrial capacity.

The US-led West’s Mainstream Media (MSM) began reporting more accurately [link at URL] on the military-strategic dynamics of the NATO-Russian proxy war in Ukraine since the start of the year, but the true test of their comparatively improved integrity will be whether they raise awareness about Zelensky’s latest damning admission. In an interview with Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun [link at URL], he candidly told his interlocutors that “We do not have ammunition. For us the situation in the East is not good.”

This is a major revelation for several reasons. First, it proves that Russia is winning NATO’s self-declared “race of logistics” in the sense that its armed forces still have ammo to continue fighting while the West’s Ukrainian proxies already ran out of that which their patrons provided over the past year. Second, the aforesaid aid that was already extended to this crumbling former Soviet Republic exceeds $100 billion, which makes Russia’s leading position in this “race of logistics” all the more impressive.

Third, Zelensky’s admission adds credence to what the Washington Post [link at URL] recently reported regarding how poorly Kiev’s forces are faring in this conflict, especially its “severe ammunition shortages” that one of its sources spoke about. Fourth, the preceding points drastically decrease the chances that Kiev’s upcoming counteroffensive will achieve much of anything and actually make it increasingly likely that such a move would be an epic mistake that could ultimately lead to a decisive Russian breakthrough.

And finally, it can therefore be expected that Zelensky and his agents of influence across the West will beg for even more aid, arguing that the failure to pay up would risking making their prior investments in this proxy war all for naught if Kiev ends up losing to Russia. The problem, however, is that no amount of money can make ammunition appear out of thin air since it requires a lot of time to scale production accordingly to meet these newfound exorbitant needs.

The very fact that Ukraine is out of ammunition proves that the West’s defeat in its self-declared “race of logistics” with Russia might already be a fait accompli by this point since it’s clear that Kiev can’t keep pace with its opponent despite being backed by all of NATO’s military-industrial capacity. Zelensky almost certainly didn’t realize that his candid admission essentially amounted to this, but it’s presently unclear whether the MSM will inform their audience about this or not.

On the one hand, doing so could contribute to his forthcoming begging campaign, but it could also backfire if taxpayers start asking whether it’s worth ponying up even more money if Ukraine already ran out of ammo despite the over $100 billion in aid that it’s received thus far. After all, if that astronomical sum wasn’t enough to keep their guns firing, then there’s no telling how much will be needed for Kiev to reconquer more of its lost territory like it intends to do.

Not only that, but as was earlier explained, no amount of money can make ammunition appear out of thin air. Quite clearly, fundamental changes in the Ukrainian Armed Forces are needed in order to indefinitely perpetuate this conflict like the US is plotting to do, but its fighters can’t immediately transition to using exclusively Western equipment when they’re used to operating Soviet-era wares. This poses a dilemma since Russia keeps moving further ahead in this “race of logistics” as each day goes by.

Objectively speaking, the military-strategic dynamics are trending in the Kremlin’s favor, which would ordinarily compel Kiev to seriously consider China’s peace plan if it wasn’t for its American overlords preventing it from doing so. The longer that Zelensky remains resistant to the very thought of a ceasefire, the greater the chances are that Russia will transform its growing advantage in its “race of logistics” with NATO into a decisive victory that could result in Ukraine losing even more territory.

Not even honest enough to admit it is the US fighting the war, not Ukraine, are ya?

What world do you live in? It was Russia who started this war by their invasion. It is Ukrainians who are defending their country against a Russian invasion. It is Ukrainians who are dying in battle. The U.S. aide is to support the Ukrainians in their defense of their country. If Russia were to withdraw back to their own country, not one soldier would be crossing their border to attack them. Russia is not the poor victim here.

So the Russians and Ukrainians will both be going at each other with shovels.==

WHy both? Ukies are with shovels but Russes with tanks, cannons, AKs and RPGs and machineguns.

Vlad’s first objective ( from his Feb 24th speech) was to liberate the ethnic Russian territories…

The only ethnic Russian majority territory in Ukraine is Crimea. Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson have majority Ukrainian populations.

…and they are now officially a part of the Russian Federation. His first objective is being realized.

Russian holds only half of the territories of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson. They do not even hold the major cities of Zaporizhia and Kherson.

It was Russia who started this war by their invasion.

So teasing bringing Ukraine into NATO and staging weapons on the border with Russia and building illegal biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine had nothing to do with it?

What world do you live in?

An empty-skull world where history begins when your two brain cells say it does?

West was giving from its stockpiles, but not paying to ramp up production to rebuild them. Probably neither side expected the war to last this long. Soviets had left huge stockpiles, although age and poor oversight of its stockpiles had somewhat diminished their size advantage. And the higher tech western stuff offered more ‘bang’ for each bang. But if you want to keep using new stuff you eventually have to boost production. Until the west is willing to try that comparing manufacturing potential is premature. My understanding is that Europe recently placed an order that might provide 6 months worth of shells. Putin, in addition to trying to increase his own production has been buying from Norks and Iran. You’d think the military industrial complex here would be drooling, but how much of an increase over peacetime production levels has Biden actually ordered?

So you support troops and/or proxy wars in Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, etc, by the U.S.?

I do not support your premise that this is a proxy war, unless you want to state that it is Russia who is trying to make it so. Ukraine is defending itself against a Russian invasion. As for Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, etc.; no I do not support U.S. involvement in these conflicts. Unlike Ukraine, these are internal conflicts. Ukraine, on the other hand, is about a foreign invasion.

Now I in turn must ask you, do you support the Russian subjugation of the Ukrainian people?

What world do you live in?

Most of us live in the free world, so we don't believe the Russian propaganda talking points.

Why are you still repeating Russian propaganda talking points from a year ago?

Are you a Russian? Your degree of reading comprehension and critical thinking seems like one of those guys who launch infantry assaults across open fields against Ukrainians armed with machine guns and mortars.

Seems like Russian propaganda to try to cover up the decision by most of Europe to transfer more ammunition to Ukraine and to speed up production of artillery shells.

US/NATO intelligence agencies and militaries have repeatedly assured us the Russians were out of everything, multiple times. Pretty standard screwups and lies out of these agencies, par for the course. Now the warmongers George Washington II says they are out of ammo, more lies?

If the truth ever comes out about this dirty and corrupt war it will make the lies told about Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq look like a 5 year old telling a lie about breaking his new toy.

So teasing bringing Ukraine into NATO and staging weapons on the border with Russia and building illegal biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine had nothing to do with it?

No, they had nothing to do with Russia's invasion in 2014 and they have nothing to do with it now. Putin made known his reason in his February speech before the invasion. He does not accept that Ukraine is an independent country. All else is but rationalization to justify what is, in truth, merely his attempt to reconquer Ukraine.

NATO expansion was not the cause. By its own laws, Ukraine could not join NATO as long as Crimea and Donbas were occupied by Russia. All the talk about Ukraine joining NATO was just that, talk. And Putin knew this. You are also discounting Ukraine's motivation for wanting to join NATO because of Russian threats, threats that became real with the 2014 invasion. If NATO expansion had been the cause, Putin could have easily negotiated Ukrainian neutrality in exchange for his withdrawal from Donbas and Crimea.

The Irony is that Putin could have just annexed the parts of Donbas that he occupied and it would have been an fait accompli. There would have been a lot of rhetoric from the West but there would have been no military aide to Ukraine to get it back. But Putin had to be greedy and tried to conquer all of Ukraine. It has not worked out as he had anticipated.

"West was giving from its stockpiles, but not paying to ramp up production to rebuild them."

Biden's depleted our oil reserve too, and isn't taking any steps to replenish it. Left us in a pretty sad state if we had to supply our military with fuel to go to war with Russia/China. It was hard enough to keep the vehicles our troops relied on in WWII. It wouldn't be any easier this time around. Every country that relies on Russia for its oil/gas, wouldn't be able to help us. And there's no guarantee that the oil-producing countries in the Middle East would provide it either.
